The owner and employees are knowledgeable of materials and kind/helpful, also when adding new material to there inventory they have the product rep come out and invite installers out see a demonstration

Nelson helped us order luxury vinyl plank and was very helpful with suggestions. He was very professional and thorough and not at all pushy. We appreciated his patience and expertise and ended up buying 1400 sq ft of LVP from him. We will return to Paradise Flooring when we do tiling.
