Nothing new, salesmen trying to con you. Svc. dept. just as "good" and inefficient as their salesmen! Wanted to purchase a Honda if not for the ignorant patronizing sales person.

I had an outstanding experience with Yon at Pacific Honda. He went above and beyond to help seal the deal on a new Honda Crv Hybrid Sport L for my mother and he even arranged for it to be shipped to Kauai. The process was seamless, and their attention to detail was top-notch. I highly recommend Pacific Honda for their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Did my first service. Was pretty good. The lounge had a cool gourmet coffee machine with multiple selections, WIFI was available, there was a big TV and comfy couch and chairs. There was even a kid section. Seemed like every hour the courtesy shuttle driver showed up asking if anyone needed a ride. Overall, pretty impressive.

I just wanted to say that the customer service at Pacific Honda was excellent. From the moment I called, and the representative spoke with me to the guy, bringing my car out after everything was fixed, I truly had an amazing experience dealing with Pacific Honda. Shout out to Keith Nakano for helping me through the whole process. I have never dealt with them before but I had to resort to them because I had a third-party warranty and no other shop or dealership would take that warranty. Thank you pacific Honda for taking a chance on our warranty when no other dealership or shop would ??

Rayne Asato has been my Service Advisor for a little over 1 year. I appreciate the way he takes his job seriously by following up on questions I have and the way he approaches customer service. You can tell Rayne looks at things from the customer's eyes and does his best to accommodate repair requests. He is also very thorough and takes the time to explain things. I have found other Service Advisors like Lee Ann Shishido friendly and welcoming as well. The service center is quite busy but Rayne does a great job handling the volume of work with poise and professionalism Kudos to you Rayne and thank you very much for being so very helpful!

Great experience; easy, no-hassle process to buy-out the lease on my sonʻs Civic Hatchback and trade-in my 2018 CRV for a 2024 CRV Hybrid. Despite the trade-in/purchase being unplanned (the test drive did me in), Darius was very helpful and accommodating. Pacific Honda definitely doesnʻt disappoint!
