Bad experience. Nobody helped me. Aifua wasn’t helpful at all she had a lot of attitude. She was the much bigger person who’d always eat other people’s food. She needs to lose weight.

I had just been hired as a recruiter. I walked into the back of the warehouse office by mistake. Everyone gave me the stink eye and I said "did I walk into the wrong place?" Nobody said anything. I walked back out to wait inside the door because it was raining. A heavy set tita comes out and asks me "where I came from?" In a ugly tone. I said am I not supposed to wait here? Again, on a ugly tone, she said no there is a front. I said if I cannot wait here I will leave. Since she was kicking me out. I walked out in the rain.Even though they did not know who I was, they did not have to be so rude and low class. Would you want to work with these people?

I've contacted this company multiple times over the last 4 months for a quote, still without a response both over email and a phone call. I reached out for a quote and still nothing. I called and they stated they will forward my request to the quotes department. Still nothing.

I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I used them to ship a brand new harley davidson road glide special because I did not trust the military movers to pack it correctly. These guys got my bike from honolulu to LAX very very quickly and with zero issues. 4 days of free storage on the mainland and then $25 a day after. That and the whole shipment cost me less than a grand is awesome. Thanks so much! I think the ladies name was Ifua? Very nice and very helpful. If you use them to ship a motorcycle mke sure the crate can be opened for usda inspection. Make sure it's super clean!

Thank you PAC for helping us ship our dog from Hawaii to Los Angeles. From the customer service over the phone and the handling on site, the all team did a fantastic job! Prices were also reasonable and very competitive. Our doggie arrived safe and sound! I will definitely use your services again!

After waking up at 4am, driving an hour and filling out paperwork for over an hour, the attendant looked up our dogs flight and told us the airline showed him flying the next day. Somehow he had been bumped and no one thought to tell us. If he had checked before handing us the paperwork, we could have saved an hour of paperwork (that had to be repeated the next day).

By far our Favorite Air Frieght company. They shipped 2 of our Horses from CA to HI, and we regularly use them for shipping our large and over sized products for our products sourcing business. They have been a great experience for our team.

These guys serve cargo for several airline include Alaska. Japan air cargo is located in the same building. Had to ship my 2 dogs back to the mainland and they were great making sure the dogs had everything they needed to be accepted onto the plane.Even got to say goodbye after they got processed!
