Smart, knowledgeable people and a very simply layout, store has everything you need to repair or tune up your vehicle, and the employees are more then willing to help you order any parts you may need or at least direct you to the next step in finding said parts or tools

Zach was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was worried about my car not starting properly, we went over and he ran diagnostics then helped us replace our battery with recommendation to replace our starter at a later time. He was able to provide an estimated quote for what we can expect for the services. I was very pleased and grateful for the help. Mahalo!

Went in for replacement bulbs for my headlights and wipers today. Richard was really helpful and helped me install my wipers. He also took the time to have me test it so it didn't fly off. All of this was done with a positive attitude. A+ for Richard's customer service

Had a terrible experience there. The guy at the front desk name James was swearing and just had terrible customer service. I asked nicely if they have certain parts but was swearing and wasn't trying to even help me. Found the parts in the aisle and I ask if can compare the part I brought to make sure if it's correct and he had an attitude.I just wanted to get in and out but he made it a terrible trip.

Asked to have my Battery tested (which they offer) & was told someone going come out. I was the only one in the store. I guess no other worker wanted the task so this same person came out & not sure if he even hooked up the tester & said , yup, dead the Battery. Go in & they asking $200+ for a Kia Hatchback that Napa when i called from inside the store was like $134. It's a good thing a friend reminded me of Battery Bills. Went there and the guy Joshua was like what the problem? Told him and he said braddah the Battery Good (2021 date on battery) , tested the alternator also. All Good & he said no worries if you need one in the future, just come back. Price if I was to get one. $89 & $10 to install.
