DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! Way over priced and don’t keep their word…. Untrustworthy.’
They say they’d charge us less for out of pocket and just quoting high cause original insurance claim, but when we went to pay they stuck to original price (dropped it a few hundred only to whack it back on with credit card processing fees).
Body shops WAY over charge for insurance claims so it was appalling to see that they were happy to charge the same amount when we paid out of pocket ans go back on their word. We would have pulled the vechile and gone elsewhere if we knew they would just scam us once repairs were done.

Untrustworthy and a complete rip off!
Everyone knows that body shops double to triple the price for insurance claims, so I called to let him know that I’d be paying for the repairs from a minor fender bender my daughter had on another out of pocket … he said “yes sure sure we will revise the price for payment out of pocket… this is just for insurance (as owner originally brought in the van under insurance)”….
Sure enough when I go in the pay out of pocket he charges the full amount and would not budge on price saying he already got approval from insurance to send check for this amount ($13,200!!!) and that I have to pay same amount!!
Unbelievable!! Worse customer service ever. DONOT USE THESE GUYS!!
Plus, aren’t they a body shop? Fixing dents is their job… yet they opted to buy brand new doors (why, because they can cause insurance would pay for it). My daughter was going 5 miles an hour in a smaller car which had no damage… how is the other vechile in for $13200 worth!! Such BS! scammers! Beware!

Took my vehicle in to have rust repaired around the windshield. It hasn't been 2 years and the original spot where the rust started (a little rust bubble) is now a 2-3" line. I get it if the rust was in a different place but it was the exact spot that they had fixed. I took it back a couple of weeks ago, and the guy who helped me was rude, unprofessional, and didn't want to own up to their terrible job that they did. I was quoted 1 price, and once the windshield was removed, the price went up a few hundred dollars, which is fine if you are going to repair and stand by your work. They didn't put a clear coat. I have ripples in my paint, the vehicle is rough on that 1 piece that they repainted. He also said how do I know if that was from us, hmmm because I paid you over a $1000 to repair it. To top it off I had dust all inside of my vehicle. They are very messy and do TERRIBLE work. The guy's excuse not to fix it is I didn't call when I picked up my vehicle how can I call when the rust wasn't showing. It's such a shame that these business' is about quantity and not quality. The employee was very defensive and walked into the shop while I was outside trying to talk to him but I guess thats what you get when you don't deal with local people and people that English is a 2nd language. I DON'T recommend them very rude and unprofessional business and he also tried to say they don't keep records of the jobs they do which I find odd. I could be wrong but I don't know any business that doesn't keep records for at least so many years.

2 paint jobs, faded on 1 and the other ripple, they are pretty inexpensive but don't honor their work.

My Corolla hybrid was badly damaged but came back like a new car. So much electronic work done skillfully and without fail. Highly recommend for any car repair or body work.

Had repair work done here for door dents done by someone else. Insurance covered. Got the car back with huge overspray issues on the front panel, key sign that they didn't bother to cover the whole car when painting. Repair work was otherwise OK.Services: Painting

I recently brought a car I scratched for repairs at Olympia. I needed repairs pretty urgently. When I called, they told me to come in right away, and were able to give me an estimate and guarantee the car would be ready within 3 days. Olympia was true to its word, the car was ready right on time and looked perfectly new. Would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

The process was fast and they were very kind and allowed me to start work quickly, so I was very satisfied. I went in to get my car repaired. It looks like repairs will be delayed because the parts haven't arrived.

Had a dent on my Mercedes suv that needed to be fixed. I was scared that it would cost me a fortune. Olympia gave me a quote at 1/2 what i expected to pay and had the car finished within a week. Very happy with them.

This place was on the list of approved body shops for my insurance company. I wanted to fix a dent on my passenger door from colliding with a parking structure--sigh. My one star review is for their dishonesty the whole time they had my car and for never calling me with an update the whole month they had it. If you want your car fixed in a timely manner, do not take it here. I couldn't get a straight answer from them regarding what was taking so long. Plus it was during the holidays and I really like having my own car and not a rental during that busy time. They were in no hurry and kept fudging on the reason why. I wish I had taken my car someplace else.

Great staff friendly very communicative. Even offered to loan me a car after I let them know I needed to return my rental before car was finished, stayed in touch me about my car. Fixed my car very quickly, love using them they are amazing Mahalo nui.
