Popped into the store as I don’t have a location close to me back home. Linda was incredibly attentive and answered all of my questions. Upon selecting the pair of sunglasses I wanted, she made sure to walk me through all of the benefits of the frames and adjusted them so they fit perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning to this location on all my future visits.

I came in today with a defective pair of sunglasses, the manager Alvaro was super helpful and dealt with my issue very fast. He quickly gave me a few options and I was out of there with a smile on my face.Lovely experience and overall customer service. He also speaks perfect spanish which is hard to find on this island.

I'm super impressed by the sales person at the store when I stopped by because my old pair of Oliver Peoples' prescription sunglasses nose piece was broken he took it to the back and changed them out and tightened up my glasses for me! I was so grateful. Thank you!

Alvaro Martinez went above and beyond to help me with my sunglasses. We are tourists and needed help to fix my broken sunglasses. We walked in and were told repairs are not done here but yet he attempted to fix my burberry glasses and now they are good as new. Great customer service , would even come in and buy a pair of sunglasses next time.

I had been searching for the perfect frames for some time now. Visited several local optical shops with “meh” results.While on vacation in Honolulu I saw an Oliver Peoples boutique and decided to stop in. So glad I did. Several unique frames and styles to choose from. The salesperson was very helpful and found the perfect frame I had been searching for. Very happy with this quality purchase!

Awesome experience! Exclusive, concierge level attentiveness, assistance picking out frames, adjusting them, even cleaned the pair I walked in with! 10/10 recommend and will be back! Mao is the best!

This is the best store for your glasses needs. Sunglasses or Prescription Glasses, they have beautiful frames and they can help you design a custom pair. I always deal with Mao. She has the most incredible Customer Service. If she says something, she does it. She told me a timeline of up to 3 weeks and it was much quicker than that.I got my Prescription From my Optometrist Appointment and Mao helped me design a super cool pair. My first pair had Lavendar glass on Taupe Frames. How fun is that!Then I got 2 more pairs. They totally got me some great discounts because I have Insurance. I was so impressed that I bought a total of 3 pairs and they delivered all with great results.I never knew Glasses could be so incredibly fun and fashionable and totally functional. I recommend you see Mao at OP or anybody there. Everyone is so helpful.They definitely earned these 5 Stars.

I slept on my glasses and they fell apart on the last 2 days of my time in Waikiki. Mao was so nice and helped me by fixing my glasses. If it wasn't for Mao I would have spent the last 2 days of my trip moping because I couldn't enjoy the Beautiful Hawaiian views. Thank you Mao!
