For almost three weeks, the Hele gas station on Kapahulu Ave. didn't give receipts for gas at the pumps. VERY INCONVENIENT! We let the cashier know about it. We returned the following week and still no receipt paper!!! Poor management.

I came in as a costumer to fill up gas and get some snacks while I'm at it. The fat employee was really rude.

This place is OK. Had to fill up gas before returning the rental car back to the lot. The pump I used sucked. The touchless card reader pad didn't work and no receipt printed out. Get with it Hele.

No payment via phone. Also, Cashier says magnetic strips for credit cards are not accepted.

Great and updated gas station. Gas prices are some of the best for Oahu. Weekends is I believe 0.10 off.

Husband came in to buy cigarettes and was asked to provide ID. He gave them his passport and was declined sale because according to them, they only accept US-issued IDs. I was livid and confused! What about all the tourists and COFA migrants who come to the store and buy cigarettes/liquor using their foreign IDs?? The US Immigration and Homeland Security approved his entrance to the US and a mere gas station wouldn't sell smokes because he holds a foreign passport as his ID? Needless to say, I was livid and called the company to complain about this stupid policy! Who knows if they'll do anything about it. Go Shell instead and buy what you need. They accept 5 forms of IDs - including foreign passports!

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service here!! I was over charged after entering my number for the weekend discount; went in to have it correct to which the lady just said "I don't know I don't know" lady it's right there in black and white with my name & phone number and REGULAR pricing. But then again i guess you can't expect much from a fast station ... I Will gladly spend the extra 15¢ a gallon and go to Texaco down the street!

I gave the cashier 20 dollars for gasoline.... I think she press the wrong pump number ... Instead of correcting her mistake she tells me to leave her "country before I send my boys to blah blah .... I just left .... Dont go here to by your gasoline...

After spending $60 on gas I went inside to use the restroom real quick because I'm 9 months pregnant and had to pee so bad. I had my 18 month old with me who didn't have shoes on so I was also carrying him. I got inside to realize that they did not have public restrooms. I thought surely they would be kind enough to the extremely pregnant lady with a toddler to make an exception and let me use their employee only bathroom. Nope. The lady was so rude and acted like she seriously couldn't believe I would even ask such a thing. They definitely won't be getting my or anyone I knows business ever again.

I came here to put air in my tires at 1:40 this afternoon, just now. Apparently the machine wasn't working so I walked in to store to get some assistance or a refund. The cashier literally looked at me up and down like I was homeless and said I needed to call the number on the machine. Now if this is a product of your company why is the customer calling it in for servicing???? To add insult to injury, she gave me no refund, rewind the video I'm lieing I was standing their putting in quarters. Never liked this location even when it was Tesoro. I put my credit card in the pump and it charged me $30 but the gas pumps weren't working took me 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of the manager, all run arounds, so I came to the store in person and requested the refund immediately!!!! I was so upset

Ok... I'm gonna be honest, I like this place because prices for CERTAIN things are cheaper than most places in AIEA. Even Chevron. NOW... I LVOE CHEVRON ALWAYS HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL. But... since they changed colors and company name from CHEVRONS BLUE TO TEXACOS RED, I feel as if the employees are grumpier. Everything seems so harsh and just blah. Seriously, it is!! And the fact is... I know ALL the workers and they ALL know us. We go basically EVERYDAY. It seems as if they're just tired and burnt out. So... I try to come to HELE to pick up what I need and IF I make it a point to drive UP the road instead of around the corner, ID GUARANTEE PUT GAS HERE!! Why?! The gas is actually really good quality. You know how you have some stations where the gas isn't as great. WELL THEY ARE!! I put $10 once, because that's all I had @ the time, and the gas lasted me a good week. And I drive a Titan no doubt. I didn't travel FAR but I did drive at least 3-5 miles EVERY DAY. I HAVE TO MAKE IT A POINT TO REMEMBER TO ALWAYS COME HERE!!! If your in this area... I suggest you do the same too.
