Great furniture store for military personnel. It is more secure than secret parts of Base. Don't bother putting your ID back in your wallet. I was carded no less than 6 times in less than an hour.

Walked in to this store 30 minutes before it closed and looked at couches to purchase for our new home on the island. A gentleman walked up to us and asked if we had any questions and I asked “if we purchased today, how long would it take to ship to our home?” His response was that it would arrive in 3 days “but you would have to make a decision now because we are closing. The sale will still be good until Saturday.” It is an absolute joke for someone to be in retail sales and to have more interest in closing the store than to make a sale for a purchase close to $2000! I get that it is close to your time to leave but we had been in the store for 30 minutes and nobody even bothered to greet us. Customer service apparently doesn’t exist at this NEX Home Gallery. If this were my employee back when I was a retail store manager, I’d have them fired. Instead, I will take my hard earned $2000 to another retailer.

If you're able to shop here, you can find some deals, but timing is everything. The Navy Exchange changes their discounts weekly and furniture is anywhere from 5% to 30% or even, if you're lucky, 50% discounted. They are limited by supply chain, so their inventory is not steady.

Nice selection of mostly beds and couches. Smaller selection of desks, shelving, and dressers. Prices are ok. Mattress Firm down the street had a better selection with cheaper prices and the same with Ashley furniture for other items, but staff is helpful without being pushy.

Ordered and paid in full for a sectional late March, 2023 was promised a delivery date of May 1st...waited.... no couch....called and they said it will be on the boat May 12th....Went to Nex on the 13th, sectional still not on the boat...they said it will take maybe 3 more months...Horrible customer service...this was my second purchase and my last...They refunded my order, I will never buy any furniture from the NEX in Honolulu ever again.

Decent furniture store with a big emphasis on beds. Needs a better selection of office desks and chairs. Clearance area has pretty good prices.

Priced well above Amazon, our comrades have made great deal with fellow comrade Ashley furnitures. Our selection is doo doo, and we will extort you for convenience.Go ahead lie to yourself and support the CCP the NEX has your back!But seriously, the furniture here is s*** and it's really overpriced. Nearly everything says made in China.
