I believe my nail lady was Helen. She was very comforting I love her spirit very humble lady. I usually like to have a guy do my pedicure because I like heavy hands when I get a foot massage, but she was perfect, Her little petite butt had strong hands.hands down 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was a customer of this place. I will not come back. Today I went to remove the gel from my nails. Wait 50 minutes. A young woman walked in 20 minutes after me (she didn't have an appointment). And they attended her first. They left me unattended. Which I classify as bad service. And I came with a friend who I recommended the place to.
I waited 50 minutes and recommended a friend. They helped my friend but in a hurry (she was very dissatisfied, everything was done quickly). They left me waiting for 50 minutes. And they attended to another girl who arrived without an appointment (what an entry 20 minutes after me). A lack of respect. And the lady who manages everything unfriendly. He had even thrown the phone at me ? before when I made the appointment. Terrible service

my friend made an appointment for us to get pedicures together. she arrived before me and when i arrived no one greeted me or said anything. after waiting 20 minutes, i asked when someone was getting to me. they said it’ll be a few minutes so i waited 10 min more. at this point my friend was basically done w her pedicure. when the technician came over she was extremely rude shoving the nail colors at me commanding me to pick a color immediately. i couldn’t believe the attitude i was getting after patiently waiting 30 minutes past my apt time. this isn’t my first rude experience at nail story.
