Great customer service but the craftmanship is terrible. I will never purchase from here again. We purchased an expensive ring about a year ago and it is the 3rd time now that the stone has fallen out of the setting. The first time it fell was not too long after the purchase and we could not find the stone but they understood and replaced the stone with no issues. So, I was thankful for that but over the past year the stone has fallen out of the setting twice again. The next two times I was able to find the stone at home and at work. (after looking everywhere) They have taken the ring back to the factory and said it has been reset and fixed but obviously not if keeps falling out. Beware with our purchases here. Stones may fall out.

The most fantastic place for jewelry pieces in Hawaii and one of my most favorite stores in the world. Shopped here again 2 weeks ago. Bought rings and earrings for gifts. Treasury my pearls and antique Chinese MOP earrings my husband bought me last year. Staff are so nice! Beautiful location near the Moana and Outrigger.Early in the morning have Honolulu coffee and do the Breakfast at Tiffany’s thing.

Awesome service here! Had a great experience buying wedding rings. They were sized and ready for pickup the next day. They even offered to clean my engagement ring that was not from their store. Will be back!

I purchased a wave ring at the Ala Moana location and was very pleased with the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The selection of jewelry is very beautiful and has the Hawai'i flavor I was hoping for. However, I am disappointed that the white gold ring has not held up well to everyday wear but is starting to yellow after only a few months, unlike other white gold pieces that I treat the same. Overall, lovely design but not the quality I had hoped.

Purchased some jewelry while on vacation.I originally went to the one by the Moana Surfrider.Took a look and found some pieces. I went back the day before we left to purchase. But they were completely swamped so we decided to go to the Ala Moana location. Shania was amazing from start to finish! Estimated ship was end of December but it was shipped and received just before Christmas! Fast forward to two weeks ago when the clasp from the bracket broke after only wearing it less than a handful of times. So we went to Roseville and they ended up shipping it BACK to the Ala Moana location which Shania took care of it all! I now have my bracket back and just wanted to show my gratitude to Shania! Thank you!!!!!!

During the first visit to Honolulu my daughter purchased a gold wave pendant studded with diamonds. It is fantastic. This is the third visit now. Our memories of Hawaii may fade but the pendant is permanent memory.
