I went in there looking for anime merch and noticed they were selling figures as well, took a closer look just to find out they were obviously fake. 1st red flag is that their figures are packaged in plastic bags instead of the original packaging/cartons, 2nd one is that the coloring on them is genuinely horrible. My assumption is that this store dropships/resells anime figurines from temu or aliexpress. The keychains seemed equally off with weird packaging design/most likely stolen art, but this is just an assumption as well

Products are cute but can barely shop without being watched like a hawk. I understand theft is more than common, but the workers need to relax. Every time I go I get followed and they always accuse that I’m stealing. It’s really annoying like I’m sure they’re paid to do something other than watch what I pick up. I work hard for my money and it’s insulting that they think I want to steal keychains and stickers?. Will start going to a different location for sure.

To the owners: please respond to the three reviews that mention that they were profiled, followed, accused of stealing because of their skin color!

Love this store! Some things are overpriced, but I still found a couple things! Two things though: please train your staff how to treat the disabled. My family was treated nice, but when I wanted to ask a question, I was given a rude attitude and looked down upon. I left upset, and having paid too much for some lomo cards because the staff wouldn't answer my question. I asked nicely, but they treated me unfairly because of my wheelchair the whole time I was in the store. It's hard to maneuver, and I had to have someone else show me things several times. I will be going back though, just hoping things improve.

Been going to the Pink Box in Waimalu since high school, I would stop by this Pink Box before it moved to Ala Moana when I was a broke college student, and now I'm so glad they moved to Ala Moana making my visits more frequent and convenient. The staff is great and consistently helpful no matter who I talk to. You can also tell they enjoy what they're doing and are knowledgeable about not just the products but the store itself. I asked for the newest Stray Kids albums and they told me apologetically they don't have it in yet but check back in two weeks. I also appreciate that they had Indigo on vinyl and the price wasn't too different from Target. Honestly speaking I do wish they just scrapped the whole jewelry section and just did Kpop to allow for more groups and merch to be represented *COUGH STRAY KIDS*. Then again, I'm not the Pink Box owner so I'm guessing a lot of their sales has to be accessories for them to continue selling it all these years. Or maybe have they thought of doing a buy-and-sell program? I saw BT21 merch on sale at Ecotown. Maybe there's other people who wanna sell their plushies or merch and Pink Box could buy it and sell it to other fans who want to build up their memorabilia?

They changed locations! They're no longer by the teapresso and yogurstory, but they're in Ala moana, right outside the bottom floor of target, by pandora. They are very pricey, but they have a lot of cute stuff! I don't care for Kpop, but if you do, this has a lot of merch!

First time to this store but I love it. All the items I have seen and more are what I like to see. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

I was at Pink Box recently with my three Hanai daughters ages from 9 to 11 it appears that it's a store for young children, but as I continue to look at items, I saw a mousepad that depicted young girls in very explicit sexual poses, which, in my opinion does not belong in a young children's store. I spoke with the general manager of Alamoana about it, and his response was he didn't see anything wrong with it because it was more like a drawing, which is a very disgusting reply. There is a law against showing pornography in a place for minors.if you are concerned about not exposing your young children to such explicit sexual items, don't take them to this store. I am more surprised not more people have said anything against it. Even my nine-year-old made a comment that it was not appropriate to have this mouse pad there. If this was an adult store, it would be OK but not in a children's store. I know this type of things are everywhere in the Internet but if it's in our own neighborhood and we can do some thing about it, please do,please go there look for yourself and make a stand against this sort of thing. I have and I'm telling it everywhere I can.

I don't consider myself a prude, but I was very shocked to see these mouse pads being sold here. I find it very disturbing they are sold/marketed in a store geared towards minors. Unfortunately, unless these are taken off the shelves, I will not be supporting this store in the future.
