A wonderful place to bring your auto babe! You can trust them to repair your car, do it very quickly and its an easy find in Kakaako. If you have a euro car, you can trust them for your repair!

First of all, the OWNER comes out to talk to you. These days, where does that happen? He explains, he shows you the broken parts, he actually gives you information. You want to talk to the tech who did the work, you can do that too. Second, if you are in a jam, like an engine overheating due to a serious fluid leak when you are out on the road, he (or his wife) says bring it in now and he will fix it, maybe not today, but within a day or two. OK, I am a regular, but I have a 20 year old economy BMW, not a Porsche. I have been to 3 other BMW shops in HNL over the years and all 3 of them were both snotty (IMHO) and super expensive. My biggest fear is his shop will have to close to make way for a new Kaka'ako high rise.

Both my Porsche Boxster and BMW 535 manual stick cars were serviced there, both had clutch replacement done, very fast turn around time and high quality work done; I am very pleased by their work and service, recommended BMW Benz and Porsche service shop!

Awesome shop! Gerard and the boys are very knowledgeable and Keala is amazing. If you own a Porsche this is the best mechanic shop on Oahu. Which probably means in Hawaii.

A+ Service!!! Gerald provided me counsel on a pre-purchase inspection on my first Porsche purchase. He gave unbiased information regarding the condition of the vehicle and took the extra time to explain things. Before the inspection I told him what my main concerns were (i.e. IMS, bore scoring, etc) and he kept that in mind throughout his inspection. He reassured me that this vehicle is a good vehicle for the right price. Both Gerald and his wife treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel comfortable using their services and expertise for all my future needs.

Friendly, very knowledgeable, no nonsense. Pretty much diagnosed the issue in a 5 minute phone call. Brought in my 07' BMW for some engine issues and I had it back in just a couple hours, runs great.

I have been their customer for over 20 years. Great service and an honest mechanic. Gerard and Keala look out for what is best for the customer. If the car is not worth the cost of the repair, they will let you know before they start. That way you won't waste your money.

Be very careful here. I came by Wearing a mask to speak with the owner I didn't even get as far as the front gate as one of his mechanics started shouting at me and being very aggressive to stay back. I can only assume he is fearful of the virus. But again I was wearing a mask and it was very interesting as I saw three other folks none of them were wearing a mask at this place of business. The mechanic was so angry that I was very fearful for my well-being I could see this guy possibly getting violent very quickly. I Came to discuss a pretty big Automotive project and I feel sorry for the owner that he has people like this turning away big dollar business.

Been going to see Gerard for nearly two decades. Great no non sense service. If you don't have a great European car mechanic not fun owning a Porsche Mercedes or BMW.
