The service was nice in this location. The staff is always nice. The selection is decent too amd value is great. I went in and ended up purchasing my first ballpoint pen (I have a few fountain pens). Although I consider Montblanc a close second to Cartier, they never disappoint. I would definitely go back as the value is always worth it. I would highly recommend to others as well.

Horrendous customer service. I went in to pick up an online order real quick. The staff was serving another customer, so I waited for a long time. After quite a while, the customer was still pondering over which pen to choose. Since he wasn't speaking with the customer, I politely asked the staff whether he could hand me my pre-paid order. He had the audacity to change his whole expression from pure servile pleasantness to judgemental rudeness as he turned to me, giving an evil stare! I'm sorry, is it because I'm not a white male that I don't get the same courteous treatment? I paid $60 for a bottle of ink and this was what I get?! In the end, another employee came out to help me, and it literally took FIVE SECONDS for them to grab my shipment which was sitting right behind the counter.I filed a complaint on Montblanc's website. Since then, I never saw the rude employee again. If they mistreat you, you have a right to let the company know. Don't hold back. Don't be silenced. We are paying for the service, too, not just the product.

I had a horrific customer service experience at this store. Visited Monblanc at Ala moana center for getting birthday gift for my husband.I found good wallet and was about to buy.When I asked them if they have new one instead of displayed one since it has scratches on the Montblanc mark.The Japanese lady SA with short hair laughed at me saying “ are you talking about this tiny scratches!? It’s normal. We do t have new one.”I guess it’s very normal to sell displayed products for them.They don’t even try to order from other stores. I wanted to get wallet from Montblanc but I just couldn’t because of their service.I will not return this store anymore.

The Asian man who works here is very rude. He refused to help me while being adamant about it, gave me a glare, and obviously did not apologize. Above all else, I don't appreciate his attitude.

- Staff are very courteous. However this is the only thing good about this store.- Return & pricing policy is poor. They don't do price matching; no returns allowed, and only exchange in the same store you bought from. This is BELOW average compared to the industry standard. If you can buy the same thing from elsewhere, buy from another place. This policy is like a scam.- The wallet I bought was on sale in Saks with $70 gift card -_- , while this store provided no price reduction.- Mont blanc wallets have high quality material but poor design. There are many start-up wallets that have both high quality and smart design.Overall I don't recommend going to Mont Blanc stores unless you have no other option or just don't care about money.

The store had a lot of inventory. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. I worked with Carl Saito, he helped me select the perfect fountain pen that best fit both my needs and my budget. He also assisted me in finding a good color of ink as well as a notebook. He spent a great amount of time in giving me a complete tutorial on how to fill the fountain pen with ink and also showing me how to clean and maintain the pen so that I will have it for many years. I spent over $2,000.00 for the fountain pen, ink and notebook and I do greatly appreciate the amount of help and time he spent in assisting me and he also said that I can call him when I need more ink and he will be more than happy to order and ship it to me.

Nha was knowledgable and entertaining. Her fellow coworker was helpful too. My husband and I came in knowing not much about Montblanc and walked out with gifts for our family.

I came here today to get some refills for my Meisterstuck pen. They take Covid precautions seriously at this store. You come to the door, they invite you in and ask you to sanitize your hands. I'm pretty sure the hand sanitizer had their perfume in it (nice touch). They close the door so you're the only party shopping at the time. I was having trouble with my rollerball pen and the knowledgeable sales associate suggested the fine tip refill. She took out a pen from the case and let me sample the fine tip In the color I wanted (royal blue). They were having a buy one get one 50% off small leather goods to which I will be returning to. I walked out a happy customer.
