My boyfriend and I visited the Waikiki Moncler during our recent vacation to Hawai'i, and was serviced by SJ. She is super knowledgeable and friendly, not only was the welcome friendly and warm, she willingly showed us a wide variety of selections that was available in the store, and made our purchase very memorable. She also took the time to recommend some local spots to check out during our stay, which was much appreciated. Above and beyond attention to detail, I have shopped at Moncler in many locations across the world and SJ's level of service is unmatched. Thank you very much for your hospitality, and I will definitely visit again the next time I visit the island!

I had a great experience shopping with Akiyo. She was very nice and seemed genuinely willing to help me find what I needed and did not hesitate to bring out many choices for me to look at. I settled on the style I wanted but wasn't sure about the sizing. She went all the way to the other store to pick up the other size so that I could try both sizes and choose the exact size I wanted. She was also cognizant of what I was trying to use the clothing for and recommended based on my personal intended use.While there was no Hawaii special pricing, the shopping experience blew away my experience at any other Moncler stores I've been to in the mainland. I highly recommend shopping with Akiyo for a very personal and tailored shopping experience. Also, the security remembered me and said 'welcome back' when I returned the next day to try on the other size, and that was something I had not experienced at any other stores.

I had a very good shopping experience with Akiyo. She is very professional and patient. On our first day shopping here, we couldn’t have enough time to look over all the clothes. So she picked out some well-fits jackets and pants before coming here the next day. A five star for Akiyo. Arigato!

The staff was so amazing. My girlfriends and I headed out for a weekend trip to visit another girlfriend who lives on the island and she took us out for a shopping spree. She brought us to Moncler as she knew how much we loved wearing their lovely down jackets. Pretty laughable to be in Hawaii and shopping for winter wear, but I'm so happy we did. First off the savings on tax alone gave us a reason, secondly the selection was amazing and and last but not least the follow up from the sales associates was stellar. Thank you to Michelle for sending me the latest fall/spring collection to view virtually and I can't wait to come back again.
