Junior is worst customer service i have ever experienced. straight up telling me my goods arent there yet with zero effort checking the facts. then calling me back saying that i was right. of course i know i was right. why would i call if i received all my stuff and everything is good to go? i was asking for an update and got hit with “ill call u when it gets here”. ask for a
supervisor and apparently he is the supervisor and no one is above him of the company. sounds like im talking to a child. if you get paid to do your job then at least do it properly.

Very up and up and honest. They gave a good price, and communications with Stacey was very excellent. They made my life a lot easier attempting to move my mom from her existing house into another one. Will definitely use again in the future.

I thought family business would stand by your side. Communicate and grow to be better. Not just let one man or person handle everything by themselves. So much on one man without helping or standing by them. Breaking that person down to where his health is a issue. Influence by the wrong person and business decisions are going down. I've seen not 1 person, but two go thru this. That's why I give it a 1 star. More so, to punish someone by calling all different companies and saying bad reviews about someone. That's just wrong.

I want to thank Dee and Cora for their help with shipping my Pottery Barn sectional couch and rug from California to Oahu. I really appreciated the personal responses via text and phone calls giving me instructions and updates on my order. MFS Freight Service is awesome and I will definitely look to use them in the future for any of my shipping needs.

I used these guys to buy some golf cart parts (heavy and large) off Amazon since they don't ship that stuff to Hawaii. Process went smoothly, ordered it to be delivered to their CA facility, picked up here in Sand Island, worked out great with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend them!

MFS Freight Service is definitely a convenience for us in Hawaii. I ordered a set of chairs from Wayfair and Dee Walked me through the steps to have them delivered to their California port and then to my doorstep. So professionally efficient and effortless on my end.

MFS Freight did an impeccable job moving our stuff from a storage unit in LA to our home in Honolulu. Dee was an absolute delight to work with from day one. She answered all my questions, kept me informed, and even showed up to supervise the delivery. They came in with a significantly lower bid than the competitors, and were careful to re-measure all our stuff after it arrived in Hawaii to ensure we weren't being overcharged. This is an outstanding, family-owned LOCAL business! Support Hawaii business and hire MFS Freight for ANY shipping needs - not just moving homes, but also getting IKEA or Wayfair stuff delivered from the Mainland. MFS no ka oi!

Very helpful! I was able to get someone to pickup the phone immediately. The person was extremely accommodating when I expressed my needs. In possibly having some items shipped from HI to mainland they were even willing to work outside the box (no pun intended) to pickup and package my shipment due to Covid restrictions. I did not need to hire them as it turns out but I would not have hesitated had it been necessary. Mahalo MFS!

Amazing service, great company! Highly recommend using this company for your shipping needs! Shipped goods from Oakland to Hawaii after college and everyone was so friendly and made the process so easy. Drop off and pick up was so easy, they always answered the phone and made sure to take good care of my stuff when it was in their hands. It also shipped way faster than I thought it would. I would have shipped w/Matson but they don't do partial containers anymore and this is as good as it could possibly get! Mahalo nui MFS!!!
