Visited for the first time for a safety inspection, and I am super satisfied. I missed the entry driveway and had to loop around the block. Just stay left and drive slow as you approach. It's the 1st of the 2 driveways. I went at noon on a Thursday, and I was 2nd in line. They have 2 lines going at once with 2 inspectors. The lines move quickly. You stay in the car and follow their instructions as they complete everything on the checklist. They were thorough yet fast and super friendly service with a smile. The inspector asked for the car registration and proof of insurance. They accepted credit card payment.

If there were Michelin stars for automotive services these guys should be awarded it.
I agree with many of the reviews here and will concur that they have elite level customer service.
I've been here for both a safety check and currently a flat/leak repair. McCully Union (by far) have been the most efficient and attentive service i've ever seen. For context, I am a 46 yr old that have had a multitude of cars in my lifetime that have needed service (because Im poor and have always bought second hand) and these guys are the best. Not glazing here, i have zero ties to them. I dont know them or their family. Im a typical roll on off the street because they're 3 blocks from where I live, so there is no need for me to write this review. Its just that I was so impressed by their service and how friendly they are that I had to leave a review.
I am currently finishing up my service here and will finalize after checkout.
But so far theyve been polite. They joke around with each other and seem to genuinely love what they do. The Patriarch of the establishment is super professional and helpful (even to a completely tattooed covered miscreant like myself; he seems to have zero judgement against me). The Husband and Wife are incredibly hospitable and conversed with me as if I was like a cousin they havent seen in a while. Which is weird, because I do look like a criminal and often am followed around establishments, while these guys seem to want to introduce me to their golden retriever and show me family vacation photos at, which Im almost positive they have at a white picket fence home somewhere.
I say all this in jest, but in all seriousness
McCully Union truly embodies Aloha. And for a Hawaiian ('oiwi) born and grown in the islands it makes me Happy that family business like them still exist. Please support local and pay them a visit for your car service needs ???
(Also: prices are super good. And Ive seen them interact with other patrons of all races and from all over. They do not discriminate and am friendly to all. Some of these other reviews are wild. Keep up the great work McCully Union. )

GREAT experience here. Customer service is top tier! Called first to get some information and actually spoke to a person (Charles was great and informative over the phone). Charles saved me from wasting time and gas by providing me detailed info of things I needed to have and do before coming in. Came in for a state inspection for a vehicle from out of state. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Gina was charismatic, personable and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend them. Mahalo Gina and Charles

it's horribly expensive, asking for multiples if it sees that you're a foreigner. luckily, there is someone else in the city who can do the same job with a guarantee for 1-3 times the price.

Went in today to get a nail out of my tire amazing service i was so happy they open at 7 am everyone was so nice and Friendly the service fast And I was out of there in less than an hour.
