Staff was very helpful and mattress was in stock. Too bad I came after warehouse hours, I could've took it home today! No problem though, it will be ready tomorrow. Looking forward to a good night's sleep.

Our sales representative, Alan Kane, did some troubleshooting for us yesterday on our bed frame which we purchase from Mattress Firm in 2018. He's a whiz and got it fixed for us. While in our home we discussed needing a new mattress and Alan made a suggestion on what will work best for two seniors. So we were at the store this morning at 9:00am prompt to bought the new mattress which is scheduled to be delivered on Monday. That's great customer service!!!

Mike the salesperson was excellent in explaining the differences between bed brands. When we decided to purchase the temporpedic bed, Mike went above in showing all the bed and bedbase features. He also went over the different Payment options. Mike has a great attitude and gives wonderful customer service

Alan is the best! Even though Mattress Firm's other branches are closer to where we live, we ended up working with Alan and made our purchase at this store due to his excellent customer service and expertise.

Called in to ask about inventory and recommendations on a full-size mattress for our grandson, & we were met with excellent customer service over the phone.
This persuaded us to go in and check it out. When we arrived we were met with the same treatment. We found a great deal, the mattress was in stock, we were able to drive home with it same day & we couldn’t be happier!!
Highly recommend using this location for your next purchase because the staff is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Thank you Marlene!

Salesperson Alan was phenomenal! He explained the different types and brands of mattresses until we found the best fit for us. We ended up purchasing the adjustable frame , which was something we didn’t consider at first but with Alan’s expertise, we were convinced. He was very knowledgeable about the products and provided exceptional customer service.

We were helped by Marlene. Very welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. She was also super knowledgeable in the mattress we were interested in, and helped us every step of the way in the entire process. Best experience for sure!
