My first time at Aina Haina Massage Envy. Unfortunately, the manager, Dawn, extremely helpful, friendly, and nice to me over the phone. However, when I met her in person she was unfriendly and dismissive when I attempted to ask her questions about joining. Apparently, something about my appearance was not good enough to become a member.

This place is awesome! I usually go to see Yoko who does an excellent job for a full body massage. However overall, all the masseuse do a great job. Monthy fee is $65 per month and your hours accumulate if you are not able to goev ery month. It is worth the fee, especially during the recent times, everyone is stressed and needs a good hour or more to treat themselves. Plenty of parking, the rooms are small and private and the bed is heated (if you prefer). Area is really convenient too!

It's hard to get an appointment but the Aina Haina location accommodated me and shout out to Summer for doing a great service. Look for Summer if you need medium/firm massage!

I am a member but I cannot seem to get an appointment with the massage therapist of my choice. I am told "___ has a large clientele base" and given the 'run around' about why I cannot book an appointment. Again, I was told to call back later or tomorrow when the (February) schedule opens, or I could be placed on a waiting list.

Since my original review, a higher level manager, Kanoe, learned about my experiences and sincerely apologized. She recognized my frustration for my poor experiences, made me feel heard, and asked me what she could do to fix the problems. I asked if she could help me with scheduling and she agreed with no hesitation and without making me feel bad. Ivany, one of the gals who works at this location, has been going out of her way since to make sure to help. She clearly cares very much about her job and the customer experience and goes above and beyond to solve problems. If you encounter any trouble at Massage Envy, definitely ask Ivany or Kanoe to help. They are warm and wonderful and will work to make things right.

My experience at massage envy aina haina was fantastic. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The massage was relaxing and I left with my back feeling much better than before. I highly recommend massage envy.

I called in to try to schedule a 90 min massage, after not having been in for many months, and was told that there were no massages available to book through Oct, as they were fully booked by "members" (mind you, I was a former member for years and it was a complete s*** show to cancel - no regrets on that front). When I said I'd pre-book for Nov I was then told that they did not have the Nov schedule, so basically they could not book me for anything! No services available? Do they not have any massage therapists left? This place has really gone downhill from a services and availability standpoint.

Impossible to get an appointment. I put in a request for a specific service a month ago and was promised to be on the waitlist. Received a text while driving and replied ten minutes later only to find it filled. Absolutely no availability ever.

Pretty awful massage.. and for the people who also had Dana and are still Saying you had a good massage - you're lying through your teeth or you need to go and have a proper massage. I have had massages all over the world and see a CMT monthly- Dana is not a CMT- so the front desk workers need to stop selling him like he is. He DOES NOT know how to properly do deep tissue massage or myofascial release. I walked in there with NO shoulder pain and unfortunately walked out with MANY MORE aches than I started with. Another family member experienced the same awful bodywork and lackluster attitude from Dana. Also - FREEZING COLD MASSAGE LOTION?!?! Our family Will NEVER be coming back, membership will be canceled, and I highly suggest the owners lay on a table and experience a massage from their employees before they send them off as the front of their business. Stabbing a finger in to my back and shaking it at different spots IS NOT deep tissue massage. Very disappointing. The only saving grace were the very nice ladies at the front desk.
