A cracking cafe with a good menu and friendly staff who are very welcoming and good service provided and good quality food served.

I'm going to keep it simple. WHEN they answer the phone and take your order, and COMMIT to cooking your order, then it's good lumpia otherwise it's a gamble on getting it from their business.
