Had a lot of purchases done with them, had a few items returned due to errors in their order (misspelled words, missed black enamel, wrong ring size…) sad that they wanted to argue more then serving their customers to satisfaction. Taking ALL my business somewhere else more professional with excellent service! Their LOSS. Save your time and money.

Wouldn’t know- walked in to the store to buy a very specific ring that I saw on the website and the individual working didn’t acknowledge us at all and continued to talk a personal call in the back of the store. After handing up, sat at the desk and still didn’t acknowledge us, so we left and spent our money elsewhere.

Bought an opal and koa wood ring as a gift. Wore it less than three months and the opal has chipped in a number or areas (and I’m in no way rough on the ring). Was told that they they don’t guarantee their precious stones and it would cost almost as much a new ring to fix it. Very disappointed in the product and customer service. It was a beautiful ring but terrible quality.
