I'm not sure if this is the Mac inside of Macy's but kiani was amazinggg! She helped my find everything I needed and was so kind! She made my experience wonderful

Visited this MAC with my family in preparation of a special event and had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! The staff was warm, welcoming, professional and SUPER skilled! G, M & O in particular are phenomenal!! Family members asked for a variety of looks and colors and were SO happy with their end results. Everyone left feeling like a million bucks. Thank you, thank you MAC, for adding to the magic of our special day!

I traveled to Hawaii back in August this year from Australia. I visited the Mac counter at Macy's and had a great experience with Charity the counter manager. She listened to my needs and showed me some great products. One of which was the lip primer. I've since got my friends and family onto this one. Can't live without it. Charity showed me how to use all of the products for different looks. She was so friendly and genuine and never pushy. I wish every shopping experience was as great as this. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in Hawaii.

I went to the Mac at Macy's in Waikiki and Jeanette took the time to do my makeup. She did an amazing job and she wouldn't accept a tip. Thank you so much for picking out the perfect lipstick and eye palette. You're the best!!!
