Normally I get prescriptions filled at the Makiki Longs but I had a doctor's appointment near Ala Moana so I went there. My insurance paid for almost none of it. Before I left the store, I checked GoodRx and it was $5 cheaper so I got back in line but the pharmacist said she wouldn't fix it. This had happened to me once before at the Makiki store and the pharmacist refunded and charged me the GoodRx price. Won't shop at Ala Moana store ever again.

Super slowwww customer service. Took us half an hour just to get that one bottled water. The manager wasn't even helpful at all. Junk

It's sad that the store is still called Longs Drugs because this store, or all Longs Drugs stores I've been to, are nothing like the Longs I grew up going to. Just change the name to CVS already. To reflect the customer service now provided. They just canceled the third vaccination (1st Covid) appointment I made with them in the last year, and the apointments were made on their recommendations. At least it was canceled a day before my appointment, unlike the first two cancelations that were made when I showed up. This is just another one of their predictable screw-ups.

This review is only for the pharmacy inside of this drug store. It's a pity because the customer service of the drug store itself is good but the pharmacy staff are awful. They have no aloha, no smile and no courtesy. They treat their elderly customers really badly by talking down to them and the wait here is ridiculous.

This store is a scam as I have purchased a gift card for $260 and when I tried to redeem the card it says there is $0 on the card even though the receipt says I have paid the full $260 price. I basically paid $260 for a card with a balance of $0. This store is a scam. Never go buy gift cards from this store. I know I will never go back to this store ever again.

I wanted to buy 6 tubes of Crest Gum Detoxify Deep Clean toothpaste but there were only 2 tubes. I asked a worker if Longs had anymore in the back. She checked her phone \\u0026 said No. Last week there were NO tubes on the shelf. The worker said then that they haven’t had Crest Gum Detoxify for awhile. Today I was able to only buy 2, but wanted 4 tubes.

Very bad experience location stated I can't use my rewards on a product that doesn't only specify as meal it also specify as a snack. But per cashier her statement it doesn't never heard that before when we grew up with it as a snack or a meal

OMG the best Longs Ever!!! I had an issue with a product and had gone to another branch to discuss with manager. They told me to reach out to the mainland. Due to numerous failed attempts and rude mainland attitude, I had nearly given up BUT my last attempt landed me at Longs Ala Moana. From the friendly cashiers to the amazing store manager, they were soooo understanding and they helped me resolve the issue immediately! No waiting for phone calls, no run arounds -she got it done! Incredible!!!! I waited nearly 2 months to have this resolved but she did it within 30 minutes. This is AAaMMMAaZING customer service!!! I can't give them enough Props!!!

There must be some serious incompetent pharmacists working here or a system problem. But prescriptions are often filled incorrectly leading to long line of unhappy customers.

Convenient location to pick-up staples while shopping at Ala Moana Center. Good location within the mall. Service was good and efficient. They had a good selection of the local crack seed products for sale. I liked that my reward card from CVS worked at the store and the credits applied without issue. Good selection of cosmetics! A larger store compared to the Kalakaua location.

Bought a prepaid visa and loaded and activated. Was declined everytime I tried it and a waste of money. Mental illness symptoms increased because of the stress but grateful to my higher power Jesus and coping skills to calm down and call in my problem with customer service. Still did not receive any refund but patiently wait.

Still a great store with necessities, food and souvenirs available for purchase. Still hate the lack of parking but convenient as anything!
