CVS now owns Longs- FYI/FWIW!! But hey, I like them anyway!! Listen, if you're in Honolulu you know ABC stores and Longs are where you get your snacks, drinks, kitschy touristy paraphernalia, OTC and prescription drugs (not at ABCs silly), foot powder, newer flippity floppities for when your toe pick is plucked, bit of alcohol which I haven't had, though it might seem so after reading this review. The staff at Longs is generally friendly, and these folks at this location absolutely do not disappoint, a joyful hello will invade your ear/hearing as soon as you are within shouting distance, even when you hide and slink around the corner of an aisle - there it is to meet you like a brick in the face, loud and clear - "Hello!! Welcome to Longs! Seriously, love this place it makes you stretch your joyfulness and pushes out your dreary. Longs has what you need to fix what's ailing you, whether it's meds, food, drink or trinkets it's here at your local Longs. If you haven't been to Longs, you're definitely missing out on what you don't know you need till you see it, so go see "IT" at Longs!!!! (I approve of this message, and LONGS!!)

We shop here often and I thought I had reviewed this Longs Drugs. This location is closer to University Square. It's located between S. King Street and Beretania Street. Lots of free parking here. Walking into the store, there is a Bank of Hawaii branch to your right. Then a very stocked Longs Drugs of Holiday goodies and decorations. Now on sale. I went to pick up medicine for a family member and picked up a few island calendars 2024 to mail. It was pretty crowded with people. The store is organized and the aisles are clean. Every nook is filled with products and displays.

OK, this is a Long's drugstore, so I'm gonna give them a medium review, only because it's pretty utilitarian. This is a great stop if you need to pick up some meds or even a prescription that you forgot while traveling. The first floor has, some convenient store, type goods, cold drinks, candy, etc. Upstairs is the RX but also has a good price on the Hawaiian Host chocolate macadamia nuts that they have all over the island but for a lower price. You can get the large travel boxes that have six boxes inside of them for around $30, which is a really good price. Most places are selling one of the small boxes for as much as $12.99 which puts your six boxes at over $77. So buy your chocolate macadamia nuts here. Oh, I also picked up a pretty nice Hawaiian shirt at an OK price here as well. This was pretty late at night because all the other clothing stores had closed down by about 9 PM, and Longs is open 24 hours. Pretty convenient.

This review is for the pharmacy alone. I waited at the window for 5 minutes while 2 ladies were inside looking at me while talking and ignoring me. I have never felt so annoyed, it does not take over 5 minutes to grab prescriptions, you can pause the conversation and return to it in less than 3. Horrible service and attitude.

"Longs Drugs makes the process of getting prescriptions incredibly convenient with their efficient drive-thru service. It's a time-saver and a game-changer for anyone with busy schedules or limited mobility. The friendly staff and speedy service have made my healthcare needs hassle-free. I highly appreciate this added convenience at Longs Drugs!"

My longs drugs is the Moiliili store, the workers are always so helpful and friendly. I especially like the sales ads and how easy it is to find stuff in the store. Also the pharmacy is great as well.

I stop into this store in the morning before work and most of the days after work. Complete disrepect from employee (maybe Andrew?). His attitude was beyond belief and I was shocked at his behavior. Went in today and he displayed an attitude that should be grounds for termination. It will be hard for me because I come here so much, but I won't be back. Feel free to call me 808-216-9842.Robert

Good example of a pleasant standard shopping mall anchor store. Staff were helpful and friendly. Sales items were a very good value. Bought a toaster oven here that has been reliable and fits in well in our small kitchen. Lots of parking around the mall. Other big stores nearby like Ross.

Ways you can improve your customer relations is by asking everyone (all races/ethnicities) who come into the store if they are finding everything ok, or maybe just let people shop and find help when needed. What needs to stop not only in your business but in many is how we truly value the people walking into the store to spend their hard-earned money. I refuse to spend another dollar in a store where subtle prejudice lurks! How did our Father Gid say we must live? In fear of every other race/nation or together as one creation! Singling out specific races or people and approaching them like they are at your store to steal is gravely offensive. I am sorry for your past experiences; however, to hang on to that hurt and judge everyone else by that pain (in your business or life), you have just imprisoned yourself and hardened your heart, and the Bible speaks against that. We are not what we are taught, or maybe we are, since our bahvior has not proven to show differences in the 21 century, and in this age of technology, you can learn the truth on your own. Moving forward, do better; where is the aloha in this place? Show me??

Went there around 11pm to get medication from their 24hour pharmacy which I found out that evening. There were 2 cashiers with no lines and self check out is available as well. They also have a Bank Of Hawaii Bank connected and have 2 deposit ATM's available. Realized they had a great sale on canned goods that week so got some. They didn't have any Palm corned beef on sales floor so I asked and one of the cashiers had a clerk go and retrieve some from the back because they hold them at the register. They have great parking all around the property. Outside though there were a few drunk college kids yelling and causing a scene. However didn't bother me. Pharmacy was on point even allowed me to use a discount app coupon on my wife's mess but they had an even better coupon for me that they had in their system and I saved about $12.00 for that. However I asked them what the medication was for and 2 of the 4 staff members in pharmacy did not have a clue. Because my wifes meds were prescribed and new and 1 of them were out due to late delivery. But all in all it's a great store and will definitely shop there again.

Amazing customer service. Plenty of stock for diapers and milk for kids. Also, tons of anything you need. Probably the most complete grocery/drugstore at Honolulu area. We needed up purchasing many more items that we didn’t know we could find here. Kim tried to look for our items over the phone while we drove there. It saved our time while we are busy with 2 little kids.

Restrooms are a #HumanRight as well as some chairs for disabled individuals such as myself, otherwise it becomes a #HostileEnvironment. -@MarianaFriasVega☯️??

What pharmacy forgets to include dosage instructions with the medications?!?!?! The one on Kalanianaole hwy in aina haina does!!! now I have to catch up on a bunch of pills with horrible side effects, not to mention I've been in pain the entire time. Completely incompetent and unacceptable.
