They quote me an when I order it was an hidden fees that they not explain up front. My first order was made wrong. They print in a wrong type of shirt. Wich ones i got free and re print the correct ones. Thank you. Very long time for delivery After a year I request a quote for more shirts this time I will provide my own shirts. They reply to me one time than never again reply my emails with a quote. They probably have a lot of business so they don't have time for new orders. But at least they should reply. No emails no phone calls.

If I could give this place a 10 star review, I would. From start to finish Life Impressions proved they were the best. They were professional, communicative, efficient, affordable, and very pleasant. I had more than 80 water bottles that needed to be engraved in a short amount of time and they took care of it quickly. Give Nick and Denise a call, they are the bomb!

I contacted Denise to make a custom tank top for my Mom as a birthday present. I received a response from her in less than an hour and I was able to tell her my ideas for the tank top. It was completely rushed, I contacted her on Wednesday and I was able to pick it up on Friday. Denise & her team did such a great job! She was very accommodating and got my vision for the tank top perfectly.

I was looking for a new T-shirt vendor because the one I was working with was unable to get T-shirt's in stock within a timely manner due to having a local distributor. Therefore, I had sent a message out to a few T-shirt companies on Yelp and Denise from Life Impressions messaged me back first. It seemed almost perfect because she was able to order the shirts from a mainland company and have the shirts ready within a couple weeks, she was very quick to respond, and I noticed from their Yelp page that they price match. The design was finalized quickly and she had asked for a 50% deposit by the next morning but did not send over the invoice until after 8pm that night which seemed like a rushed transaction. She explained that it was rushed because she was trying to add our order to another order they were putting in to ensure the shirts would arrive by the next week. Denise stated the printing time would only take a week from when they received the shirts which was wonderful news. Once we paid the 50% deposit, my questions via email took days to be responded only after a follow up email was sent, and at one point I wasn't getting a response and had to triple email her. I thought this was very unprofessional as their page states they respond within 24 hours, and all contact before the deposit was made was responded to within hours. I understand that businesses get busy, but that was a little fishy. When I asked for an estimated completed date, she told me either Wednesday or Thursday of a certain week. I informed her we'd be by the Friday of that week to pick up the shirts (considering she said they'd be ready by Wednesday or Thursday so it shouldn't be a problem coming after the completed day, right?). She responded by saying if we do not receive a phone call or email by Thursday, to call their store on Friday morning to see what time they will be ready. This puzzles me because she informed me they'd be done by Thursday at the latest. We ended up not getting a call or email by Thursday, and Friday morning I did call the store and was informed by the gentleman who answered that the shirts are ready. That afternoon she emails me reminding me that the shirts are ready. I thought this was a little rude and unprofessional again because I didn't get a call or email saying it was ready, but a reminder. A couple days after we received the shirts, we received an invoice via email stating she did not charge us for tax and that we owed more money. We thought this was unprofessional and inconvenient on their end. The shirts did come out nicely, however we were missing one shirt which I sent Denise an email about. She claims that all the shirts were accounted for and questioned me if I was sure. I assured her that we triple checked and were indeed, missing one shirt. I did not get a response for one week following that email, and sent a follow up email. Denise responded by saying they were very busy and it'll take 7-10 business days to have the shirt ready. After over 10 business days, I sent a follow up email to see if the shirt was ready to only be informed that it still isn't ready. Denise informed me that she was aware it was over 10 business days but they were busy and she would let me know when the shirt was ready. One week passed, no email. The following week I receive an email saying they called me last week to tell me the shirt was ready but I didn't have any voicemails. Overall we were happy with how the shirts came out however, if you enjoy having to constantly send follow up emails and not have your shirts on time, this is the place for you. Otherwise I would not recommend. Very unprofessional and inconsistent.

The owner Denise was very helpful, I needed custom shirts for my workspace and she was able to accommodate my request and the amount of shirts I needed in a timely manner. I was able to choose the fonts and she designed the graphic, I am very happy with the quality and will be back for other T-shirt needs!

Beware: Price quoted might not be final cost!!!! While I can't rate based on their work, I was very disappointed to contact this shop for a shirt I needed made. I was quoted one price and told to come in to finalize, I drove the 30 minutes to get there and upon arriving, was told that my order was considered a rush order and would be an additional $20 - $25. While the fee made it too expensive for what I needed, the cost was not the issue, it was that when the shop owner asked if she had mentioned the rush fee in our previous contact, I told her she had not (and had the email pulled up for proof). Instead of honoring the original price quoted, she waved me aside and said her associate would explain the rush fee cost. He was kind enough to offer $20 instead of $25, but I was disappointed in the lack of customer service provided, especially due to their own error.

We needed team shirts for the upcoming PAL flag football season and I immediately came back to Denise and Nicholas. They are the utmost professionals and always work with me and my needs, to include a new design for our existing team logo. Talk about a new and improved version!! They always have the customer in mind and go over and beyond in order to make the customer happy. They are also super fast in getting your order completed. I have told other businesses about them and hope you do too. They are a class act and I recommend you give them a try. You'll be so glad you did.... seriously!

As a small business owner looking for custom printed clothing for my team, I have high expectations as it will represent us when we are out talking and building relationships. Right of the bat, they asked me about what my particular needs were and recommended the perfect type and fabric to go with. They gave me quotes for a variety of their shirts. The day they were going to start production, they actually had me go over the final details to ensure it was perfect... Who does that these days??! I love their work ethics and the strong client relation Life Impressions build. Big Mahalo to Denise and Nick. We all love the shirts and the material at our company. Whoever receives them say the same. Thank you so much for the amazing work and will be contacting you again for reprints as we grow.

Denise and the team at Life Impressions put together my very last minute project quickly and professionally. The shirts we had done for our fundraiser were a big hit. I manage a restaurant so being on the phone a lot is hard and they managed to accomplish all communication via email which was a BIG help. Thanks again!

Working with Denise was great. I was in a very desperate situation with less than a week to make special shirts for my son's Senior Night for basketball. I at first searched online at Custom Ink as another mother did. I've used them before but didn't feel confident even with rush order I'd get my shirts on time. So I had a design in mind but no idea how to pull it off. Denise answered my quote request and basically put my nerves at ease. She communicated with me through Yelp and I went down to store to finalize design. She recommended some changes which I was SO HAPPY with the results. She changed my color choices and recommended gold foil. The shirts were so comfortable I ordered drifit. We received so many compliments as our shirts definitely stood out from the other t-shirts. My husband and I was so excited to wear it that night and my son felt honored and special. No doubt I was very happy to have decided to work with them.

This review was long over due. This was the first year our team competed in basketball for Special Olympics and we needed Jerseys. It was difficult finding a company that was willing to do such a small batch (6), but Life Impressions was willing to accommodate, offering me different materials, colors, and prints. After many washes the jerseys still look amazing! We're looking to come back next season!
