Worst experience ever! Run the other way. After signing an agreement for payroll services and tax assistance, this company failed to follow through. They were delinquent on payroll, so we still have not gotten paid. After persistent calls, emails and texts for a whole week, at times 2-4 calls a daythe only response we got was Ill look into it.. that has been over a week ago and still nothing. Another consumer left a review on the company website mentioned this same problem. This is true..it actually happened to me as well.This is utterly frustrating. This company lacks accountability and responsibility.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to someone handling my finances and taxes. After the initial appointment I was asked to provide aDocuments. After I provided them, they refused to call or email back and I was left me scrambling to find someone to handle my taxes 2 weeks before the deadline. If you value your time and finances, don't use them. It will end in a disaster.

They took our initial appointment and asked us to send all our tax information. Then they said they would take care of things. After weeks of emails and phone calls not being returned we are left scambeling for someone new just before the tax deadline. Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to work with.

Scott got back to me right away and helped me in a big way with my taxes. He also was able to meet me online with zoom and showed me how to share my documents with him so he could walk me through me e-file. Had no idea it could be that easy. Scott is the man!

I have been using TurboTax to file my own taxes for the past 8 years, I knew a day like this would come. Apparently Turbo tax had a glitch in their system so my federal got filed (and approved) but my state got \\\"rejected\\\". Turns out \\\"rejected\\\" meant it wasn't even filed at all! I got a letter from the state saying I owe $2500...He quoted me $150 and he could see me the same day. I went over to his office and he took care of everything for me...Scott definitely helped me out and made me feel reassured that everything will be ok. I can confidently say that from now on I will be going to Scott to do my taxes and WILL NOT be using turbo tax ever again. THANKS SCOTT!

I would ask him any of tax and accounting on my case to him again. Everyone should trust him as well! I highly recommend! Quick, clean, very smart but humble not greedy for money at all. I think it's so nice to have him in our community to serve us.

Was looking for a place to have my taxes done. Had a mix of W2 and 1099 jobs for 2021. So looked on yelp for reviews and called Scott Sonoda at Leahi Business Services and explained my situation. Made an appointment for an office visit. He was professional with a humble personality which made you feel relaxed and comfortable. He made everything easy to understand, was knowledgeable, efficient and prepared my fed/state returns expediently. Highly recommend him and will certainly be going back for 2022 tax preparation. Went to scott for help starting my ge tax licence, he helped me from start to finish and told me all the correct things to do when starting and filing, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Absolutely fantastic. Scott was very nice and walked me through the entire process quickly. I was actually late to my appointment, but he still managed to fit me in. I plan on using him for all my business-related taxes in the future.

I WAS FREAKING OUT!!! I have been using TurboTax to file my own taxes for the past 8 years, I knew a day like this would come. Apparently Turbo tax had a glitch in their system so my federal got filed (and approved) but my state got "rejected". Turns out "rejected" meant it wasn't even filed at all! I got a letter from the state saying I owe $2500! WTF! I DONT HAVE $2500!!!! I immediately started looking up CPAs on Yelp. I messaged a few. Scott msged me wanted me to call him and explain my situation and then he could give me a quote. Another place I msged wanted a flat rate of $350! They didn't even know my situation, they just wanted $350 (starting). I called Scott and explained my situation. He quoted me $150 and he could see me the same day. I went over to his office and he took care of everything for me. All I had to do was sit and watch a screen that mirrored everything he was doing. (Which I appreciated the transparency). I couldn't find one of my WAS but he was still able to file without it. He even wrote me a letter explaining my situation and the corrections that had been made. He gave me peace of mind, advised me to send it in with certified mail (in case the state says they didn't get it). I'm waiting to see what happens, but Scott definitely helped me out and made me feel reassured that everything will be ok. I can confidently say that from now on I will be going to Scott to do my taxes and WILL NOT be using turbo tax ever again. THANKS SCOTT!

Hi , l was walking in with last min phone call Scott was very kind and professional . I was been TurboTax for few days couldn't finished my on but he was done my tax by just in 20 min . He's location was very convenient and easy access to his office in building . My tax report file was satisfied and time took was so quickly and paper work come out very organized and clean . Im very appreciated to Scott 's good patient to listening me and very calm in hundle from beginning till end . I would recommend to all of you who has questions or problem to take care tax your on , please go get help by Scott , He is good guy !! And he's fee was very reasonable than all other people's l called for estimate , some please told me $250 most place was $200 but Scott l only paid $76 I would ask him any of tax and accounting on my case to him again . and Evey ones should trust him as well !! I highly recommend !! Quick , clean very smart but humble not greedy for money at all . I think it's So nice to have him in our community to serve us .
