I went down to the dealership for one goal: to sit in a Urus. Once I got to the dealership, I was blown away by all the amazing cars. I didn't get to speak to most of the staff but I did get to speak John. His customer service was 20/10. I didn't feel ignored. The conversation we had was great and I got to pick his brain about sales, how he got to the level he's at, and more. He answered all the questions I asked him and I felt appreciated. He let me sit and start up one of the Urus models they have on the floor. Not once, BUT TWICE!! Didn't think that would happen but it made the experience 100 times better. He let me know I was able to sit inside any of the other vehicles they had but I was super focused on the Urus. I will definitely return. I will always recommend John for all your Lamborghini needs.

Gavin and Rich helped me purchase my first Lamborghini. I was recommended to Rich by my good friend and boy, the initial meeting and just putting me on the list was so smooth and felt like i was family from that point. I had so many order changes and Gavin was so helpful in assisting me and made me comfortable in ensuring i got what i wanted. Every single visit i made i felt so special. They even allowed me to help pick up the car at the port. Everything single little thing like the accessories it includes, ordering, delivery process, and all was such a pleasurable and unforgettable experience. I visited the island of Oahu a couple weeks again and almost forgot to rate them. If you want to walk around and learn more about their luxury cars, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Me and my husband are in the works of purchasing a luxury vehicle, the staff was helpful and educated us on most of their vehicles they had. Plus it’s elegant and beautiful to see the luxury cars up front and learn. We hope to purchase a vehicle one day.

Horrible customer service. I called and asked if I could visit the showroom and look at a Lamborghini with my 10 year old son on his birthday. I was told on the phone that it would be no problem. My boy was so excited when I told him where we were going. When we arrived we were told by the receptionist that we had to make an appointment and could not even look at the car for a minute. I had called earlier that day about eight times just to confirm, to prevent disappointment with my son but nobody answered.

Great location. Prefer this dealership over most in California. Per usual, they have an Italian cafe built into the building. Friendly staff. Pleasure to work with.
