Our experience at Vetco Hawaii Kai has been great! We are usually greeted by Lisa at the reception area. She's so pleasant, and goes above and beyond to assist everyone that walks in or calls over the phone. I've been taking Bailey, Kenzi and Catalina to see Dr. Stibbard and Dr. Wallace for their veterinary care. Both of the Doctors and all of the Staff have great bedside manners with my dog/cats! They are knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions I may have. This team rocks! Thank you so much!

We love Vetco at Petco. Our frenchie Luka has been a patient there for one year now and we’re so happy with the service we have received. Thank you so much Dr. Wallace and Dr. Stibbard + team for taking amazing care of our Luka. Also, thank you Isabella for the cute drawing of Luka during his last visit. Really made our day. Dr. Wallace at Hawaii Petco is a true gem in the world of veterinary care. From the moment Kona and I walked through the door, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals from staff. Thank you to Isabella and Riley. Dr. Wallace took her time and utmost care with us. Kona received tailored care for her specific needs. The entire team at Petco Hawaii Kai exude compassion. Kona and I are incredibly grateful for Dr. Wallace and her team's unwavering commitment to keeping our furry companions healthy and happy. They truly exemplify the spirit of aloha in everything they do. This was our first time in. We will be bringing out other dog Remy in next time too.

I had the absolute best service experience at this store. Maika helped us at checkout and noticed we were eligible for a free bag of dog food I. The system. Despite my technical ineptitude to login to my account and claim my reward, Maika made a call to some appropriate place and gained the authorization code for the discount. Saved us $57 that I was absolutely prepared to pay. It was just so thoughtful that he took the time to go the extra mile and find a way to give us a discount that I truthfully was unaware of. Great job Maika! Mahalo for your professionalism and great service.

The veterinarian and veterinarian assistants here were all exceptional. They took great care of my dog while she was there. They were able to get all of her shots even though she HATES shots. And they even called us the next day to see how she was doing afterward! I highly recommend their services and I will definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic experience at The Hawaii Kai Vetco. I have taken my Doberman Pinscher, Princess there several times since they opened, and it's been amazing. Dr. Jenna Wallace treats her patients like they're part of her family, and it shows.She is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She explains things in a way that's easy to understand, and you can tell she really cares about our furry friends. But it's not just her; the entire team at this clinic is outstanding. They're all so friendly and they genuinely love animals.If you're looking for a vet that truly cares about your pet, I highly recommend Dr. Jenna Wallace at Hawaii Kai Vetco. Your pet will be in excellent hands, and you'll feel confident they're getting the best care possible. It's been a game-changer for me and Princess.

Costs way more than ballpark quoted over the phone. Vet barely looked at my dog but suggested an expensive procedure with no alternatives or real explanation. The assistant had issues scheduling and had to go in and out to ask the vet what days he was available. They said I need bloodwork and it was only good for 30 days. They then tried to schedule me over 30 days away, yeah I don't know. They don't explain well, and I wasted 400$ on bloodwork. The whole thing just seemed like a scam to let them do unnecessary treatments and overly charge for it. Wouldn't recommend.

I've called the grooming department over and over and over with no answer. When someone finally answers they inform me that they do not do advance appointments for nail trim, walk in only. When I come when they first open to do a walk in they are unable to take my dogs and inform me to make an appointment. How do I make an appointment when I try I'm told walk in only?
