September 20, 2023. I would like to inform the community of my dreadful encounter with 777 Auto Body Shop. I called the business and spoke with the proprietor, a Chinese man and Chinese woman, to explain what I needed done to my 2007 Honda Pilot. I told him specifically that all I wanted done was to paint the rusted roof of my vehicle, which required bodywork (some rusts). I volunteered to send him my photographs but the owner said it wasn't necessary (red flag 1) and he knew what I wanted done. I informed him that all the other body shops required images of the automobile.Because it was the roof of my SUV, which I planned to sell, I wanted the simplest and cheapest paint job possible. I inquired once more whether he desired to view the photographs. No, just bring the automobile down, he replied. He quoted me $400 cash (2nd red flag). I drove to his shop immediately due to the low quoted price.From Waianae, I drove all the way down to Mapunapuna. As soon as I arrived at his establishment, his wife informed me that there was too much body work. I informed her that I spoke with her spouse, who quoted me $400 cash. Her spouse came out and told me that he cannot do the job for $400 cash.I reminded him that we had spoken over the phone, and that he was the one who did not wish to view the photographs. I believe that these two husband-and-wife con artists have ensnared and duped me. This is an unethical and shady commercial practice. I informed them that conducting business in this manner wastes people's time. Both immediately turned around and left.This enterprise is not worth your attention. Unmoral, ruthless, and dishonest individuals! BEWARE.

More than fair pricing and fast turnaround time for work performed - vehicle was ready in half the time of estimated completion date!Paint matched perfectly on sliding door repair done on my van. Andy is the guy to look for!

I am business owner with multiple vans and trucks. Last 6 months I was looking body shop to take care our cars. Those guys have Fair price, good quality and reasonable schedule. I like the way how they are doing business. Will keep working with them

I contacted another shop for a safety check but they recommended their neighbor. Safety check was done efficiently. William seems to run a good business. His desk was organized and pretty neat considering that it's an auto body repair shop. Even the cars, people were working on, were organized. Everyone was working too. I only noticed a cat lazing about. They only take cash or Venmo so be prepared.

I believe Danny is the best Bodyshop owner I have ever met in twenty seven years dealing with cars. He is honest and straight up. There is no living in this man, all you see is a friendly face you know has worked very hard ford everything he has achieved for himself and his family over the years. So if you want honest service at an honest price, come see Danny and I guarantee you the quality of his work mixed with the friendliness of the staff will win you over and live you extremely satisfied. TDK was extremely fast, their price was very good and the quality of their work was fabulous. I had some spots of bad paint that needed repairing on my hood and TDK redid the hood so I couldn't even see where the bad spots were. The metaflake clear coat was top notch and it all blended with the rest of the car so you couldn't tell it had been repainted. Icing on the cake was that their price was really great; only a fraction of what I was quoted from another body shop that was apparently used to soaking the insurance claims. Highly recommended!
