Just closed on a loan yesterday. Joe promised 4 days and, in the end, it was 4 days. WELL, DONE Joe. The process was burdensome "because of a new product. .. but for Joe I would not consider going back to Keco but with Joe and if the second loan could be easier with me being now in your system I think I will try again....

I have been a agent since 2008. I've never seen a lender close in a week. Don't believe me try them, I did. They actually saved my deal after 3 extensions with a different company. Thank you Joe, great team work. I'm very impressed and can't wait until the next.

Highly recommend Keco Capital! We have worked with them for a few years now and they have been our "go to" lender. Aidan has been able to handle very short timelines for us and get us through tough closings! We feel very lucky to have them in our corner when we need financing for our projects!
