MOBILE AUDIO MESSED MY WIRES UP AND DIDNT TUNE MY AMP AND MY 12S BLEW. I CALLED JSP AUTO AUDIO AND THEY HELPED ME IMMEDIATELY I WAS TOLD TO BRING MY CAR IN AND AS SOON AS I ARRIVED THEY GOT BUSY AND FIXED EVERYTHING. EVEN ADDED A BASS NOB FOR ME BUT THE APPRECIATION AND THE HELP WAS THE BEST

Very professional installation. There XFire 3 way components are very clear and has the best clarity I had yet to date. Prices are high but you really get what you pay for. It's very worth the money and you get a professional installation. I will be going back to purchase another 2 way component set. I'm am very pleased with the installation and there Xfire components. I recommend this company

i was not happy at all! They werent able to install my speakers. the other dude who worked on my car looks like a rookie, cant even put mounting screws back on and dropped my brand new speaker down to the ground!! one of the staff there, the big braided samoan guys was very rude! shouted at me just to move my car out of his way! what happened to you guys?? no more skills and no more customer service!

Was recommended this place by a good friend. I usually do a lot of stuff myself but getting older and having a son and other hobbies put things on the back burner for me. Needed my sound system amp and radio tuned. They got it done fast and Efficient and affordable. Chris and Alex are great! Great customer service skills and knowledgeable! They did such a fine job I brought my Kei van in to get relays wired in for the glass roof as the module has been discontinued and I just don't have time to do it myself. Told them my budget and what I wanted done and they did it in half the time I would have if I done it myself! They are pros and was even able to keep it 50% below what I wanted to pay to get it done. Coming back to get another project done here. If you are a diyer with no time bring your project here fast and affordable! Or if you just can't do it yourself I highly recommend this place.

Awesome service. Chris from JSP help us out with a strange issue I was having with one of the amps I bought. We ended up getting a new amp and it absolutely rocks the house. Don't hesitate to go see them for any audio needs.

Awesome customer service and quick, efficient work. Big shout out to both Junior and Alex!I called and spoke to Junior just before closing time in regards to my constant power not working for my head unit harness. He told me to bring it in the next day and it would be maybe 10 or 15 bucks to look at and run a new power wire if needed.The next morning, Alex hops in to take a look. He quickly finds a safe spot to jumper a new constant power, and sends me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Tells me no charge for such an easy fix. I couldn't believe it, but I was happy to throw in a good tip.I can't say you will have the same exact response or results from JSP that I did, but they did quick work and were happy to just send me on my way without expecting anything in return. I appreciate honesty and not trying to overcharge for little things. I would have no hesitation to come back again, and I highly recommend them to anyone for their auto audio needs.Go see the guys at JSP Auto Audio! Great service and great work. You won't be disappointed!
