The natural pedicure is awesome! My feet have never looked so fabulous. The ladies working on them are very nice. I highly recommend them!

Ultimate experience is great! Tammy is such a wonderful tech and she did a great job before our wedding! All I needed was my nail clipped, cuticles and callouses done or a mani/pedi classic! I love how they are social and gave off great vibes during the session! My wife and I both enjoyed them and if we ever come back to Hawaii we will definitely visit them again!

I went back because I needed a Pedicure. Nina did my nails and she did a good job and did what I requested her to do. She painted my nails how I wanted it. Satisfied customer. Thank you for doing the customer's request !!!

Got my nails done here a couple days ago - Tammy did a great job on my mani/pedi! Very reasonable pricing and I love how my nails turned out! She was super nice, and I got regular polish for both services. I will say I am used to mani/pedis where your hands and feet are worked on simultaneously, but here it appeared to be one nail tech/person. I really liked that nothing was rushed but I was there for almost 2 hours, which I wasn’t expecting going into it. Overall good experience!

Absolute 10/10!!! I don't write reviews much because the hassle of writing them, but Jenny and Helen deserve one. From the first interaction with the owner Jenny, I already loved working with them. Jenny was very accommodating and respectful when coordinating the appointment, which I very much appreciated. She made it super easy and convenient. We decided schedule with Helen because of a past reviews, and I can see why a lot of people love going to her. She really is amazing. She's thorough and she takes her time. My boyfriend said he did not feel any pain when she tackles his ingrown toe nails. So if you're new to getting your ingrown toe nails addressed, my boyfriend said he highly recommends seeing Helen. She's gentle and takes her time. It's now one of his favorite self care routines. To add, the prices are reasonable compared to other salons and you can't beat it with the good service. I will say the only tricky part about this salon is finding parking since it is downtown. The best parking garage we found is a couple blocks over at Ali'i Place. $3 for 1.5 hours. Overall, love working with Jenny and Helen! Superb service and we never feel rushed.

I needed to treat myself my birthday was 2 weeks ago and I didn't get to do any pedi anythjng due to us moving houses and that was my birthday weekend full of moving I work a few blocks away from here and I called and Jenny picked up and told me to come in at 4:30. I was so happy because while killing time waitin for my sister I get to get some me time Tammy was who did my pedicure and she is just the sweetest! I just love people who are genuinely sweet. She told me she is new here so I appreciate her for doing such a great job with my pedicure! I love a place that knows when there's a ingrown toe nail waiting to happen. She was so patient and so precise, and also very gentle I think I might come here after work every other month. These ladies are nice, I fell asleep cuz I was so tired and she just kept doing her work haha I'm sorry But I think I found my new go to. Next I'll probably get my nails done... thank you jenny and your wonderful staff!

This place was a total disaster. I went in for a simple gel manicure and pedicure, excited to treat myself. From the moment I walked in, it was a mess. The salon was dirty, things everywhere and I swear there was a hint of mold scent, especially the bathroom. The nail technician seemed rushed and disinterested. During the manicure, she cut my cuticle to the point where it's sore, and the polish application was uneven. My pedicure was equally lackluster, with rough buffing. To top it all off, the price was not worth it for the poor quality of service I received. Save yourself the time and money and skip this salon! They give discounts for good reviews!!

I've gone here for both gel pedicures and dip manicures, and I'm always impressed at how kind and thorough the staff are. I've been here about 4 times now, and I've never been disappointed. This is probably one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. The prices are very reasonable, too.
My husband has gone with me once, for a manicure and pedicure. The girl who worked on him spent extra time getting out all the crud in his toes, working especially hard on the toes where he has a toe fungus. He was very grateful and impressed as well.

Got my nails done here for engagement photos and it looked awful, I tried telling the lady who did my nails that it looked too thick and she said that it was because my nails were curved and that she couldn’t make it thinner. Since this was my first time getting acrylics, I didn’t know how to ask her to fix it. Well today I went to Shine Nails in Kailua and they fixed it without hesitation. I would not recommend this place because they will take advantage of you and your inexperience.
