I love Kasie! when I first came, she didn't have the filter for my vehicle, ordered it, called me twice to encourage me to come back and got me in and out in less than an hour. Plus - they cleaned up my car! dashboard was wiped down and floor matts cleaned up. Will be back for next oil change.
