Charanie has been doing both my personal and business taxes for the last 7+ years!! She is honestly the easiest tax person to work with. She is always willing to answer questions... and I have a lot of them!! I've recommended Charanie to tons of my small business mamas as well as my brother who is also a small business owner, everyone loves her! I'd recommended her 100x over!

I would have no idea how to even start with my own business or file or do anything if it wasn't for Charanie's help. I've been working with her now for the past two years and I never have to worry about making sure that I pay my taxes on time. Charanie has a great way of making it not as stressful and also keeping you on track with things. She's super accessible and able to schedule an appointment at a moments notice. I've decided to use booking services because she's just so thorough and on point with everything I don't wanna do it myself any longer. And I wanna get more tax write offs. She's also really great at being affordable and looking out for your best interest. It's so nice we have a local people that are able to help us and we know it's not some big tax company that's trying to take our money. If you want to have help with your taxes it's not intimidating and affordable this is the place hands down!! Especially if you are a business owner!

I've been working with Charanie for a while. At one point I did my own taxes and after we got a house I realized I needed help. Not to mention our investment and all of that stuff...I wanted a real person helping me and I didn't want to be relying on turbo tax to get us through tax season. When I started my own business I did my own taxes. Royally messed up needed help. One of the other shop owners I know recommended Charanie and the rest is history. Not only does she do my business and personal taxes (at a super reasonable rate)...she also does my bookkeeping now so I can focus on other aspects of my business. Whether you need your taxes filed or help with your business, you won't regret hiring Charanie for all your tax and bookkeeping needs! It's weird how some people get all secretive with their tax people but I'll shout it to the rooftops that we love working with Charanie.

I was blessed to have been referred to Charaine from a friend this year. Cause of covid I didn't file 2019 taxes and my anxiety was kicking in knowing I was late. But Charaine was amazing Her process was smooth and she answered all of my questions. After going home, I realized I had more stuff to write off so i sent her the information and she made the adjustment and resubmit. She's been available to answer more questions I had during the year to help prepare me for next year. I highly recommend Charaine!!

We've been coming to Charanie for the past 2 years and sad we didn't come sooner. We were personally recommended to her from a close friend. She's helped my wife with her small business taxes and made each tax season a breeze. She's also given us tips and helped us find other ways to keep track of expense as for deductions. Her office is upstairs from Midas on dillingham. You can just park in the lot below.

I was overwhelmed and so stressed over my taxes that is Until I booked an appointment. Charnie was so friendly, helpful, convenient and such a pleasure to work with. Not only did she ease my burden but she had me laughing with her charismatic personality. She was so warm, kind and beyond accommodating to my extensive needs. Great service from Charanie! A bunch of my friends recommended her and I can see why. I decided to go to her after trying to do my own tax return...never will I try to do it myself ever again lol. Charanie was so quick and efficient. It took her about 30-45 minutes to finish and file everything. She's also super personable and affordable! It was very easy to make an appointment with her. I did it all online, but I believe you can call or email to make an appointment as well. Her office is upstairs from Midas on the corner of Dillingham Blvd and Waiakamilo Rd. I parked in the parking lot fronting Midas and walked up the stairs on the left of the building. Definitely going to be coming back next year to do my taxes here. Well worth the drive from Kapolei to Dillingham.

This is an awesome place to get your taxes done. Fast friendly and very helpful. She helped and educated us in things that we didn't know about. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you for the awesome help. Five stars for sure.

Had three friend recommended Itax and they are very selective to who handle their finances. I was very HAPPY with the service we got at Itax and my wife said that we are going to do our taxes there for now on.
