Wow! What service! I had my car rear ended and Island Fender fixed it with perfection and professionalism! The staff is phenomenal and incredibly organized. They have updates about your repair via emaile or text, which is great. Thanks for fixing my car and providing awesome and easy service! ;)

Totally pleased with the service we received to fix our smashed fender. They did our repair as quickly as they could. And it looks perfect! We especially appreciated how they washed and cleaned the interior too!! Thank you Island Fender.

I went through my insurance for my repair from a car theft where there was a bit of damage on the front left side of the bumper and island fender was able to schedule my fix asap when the parts came in. They were able to fix it up a couple days earlier than expected and Jacqueline was great when it came to customer service. Mahalo!

My service for my black 2021 Honda HRV has not yet been completed, so I will update my review when it is, but I had to come on to review the superb quality of customer service I received. From Jaclyn taking prompt and amazingly quick care of me over the phone to Kyle making me feel relaxed during my estimate.. even remounting my mirror for me that had been busted off so that my car was not damaged further. Mahalo nui Island Fender! Excited to see my car when it is finished.

After my prized 1987 Mercedes 560 SL was damaged in a collision with a "hit and run" driver, I contacted the two Mercedes certified repair shops on Oahu. Island Fender was the obvious best choice to do the repairs. Matt, the estimator, quarter-backed the entire process, including working closely with my insurance company for payment. He did an excellent job addressing my high expectations. Elmer, the "body man" did a masterful job dis-assembling the damaged parts and re-assembling the new parts. All the gaps between the fender, door and hood are perfect! Sergio, the painter, is an absolute artist! My classic SL looks BRAND NEW as it was in 1987! I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Not sure if it's appropriate to review a service I didn't use but I wanted to review the process of asking for an estimate. I probably was going to use them, because of their convenient location to my apartment, until the person in the office advised me that if they do an estimate I would be obligated to have my repairs done there. Those words just turned me off. Everywhere else that I went to before and after had free estimates that didn't require a lot of time and I ended up choosing the place that could do it the soonest.

It's been about six months since my car was repaired after a hit & run incident. I am ashamed of the tardiness of this review because Island Fender was so quick, professional and informative with the repair process. I was kept in the loop the whole way through. Kiana even followed up after the vehicle was home to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. Mahalo Van, Wanda and Kiana! Excellent experience with true professionals @ Island Fender! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here!! Someone had hit my car and I chose this place because it was a company that worked closely with the other person's insurance - I was a little hesitant since I originally wanted to go with someone that my friends recommended but this was easiest. Everything was so organized, I got text updates and my car was finished earlier than expected. Also... they did find other damages that were optional to fix and I opted to fix 1 of the 2 things they found-- I want to add that when we were discussing this, they were honest about it and also I didn't feel pressured at all into fixing any of them. I would definitely come again! Thank you-!
