I needed fingerprint cards done. Nancy was very cordial when greeting me on my arrival. After she fingerprinted me she double checked the fingerprint cards if there were any imperfections. Nancy placed and sealed the cards in a separate envelope for mailing to the mainland. Nancy was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Image City Inc.

Superb small business that specializes in image-related work and important for us, fingerprinting services. They even have appointments on Sunday when needed- this was the only day we could do it. Great customer service and expertise, as well as being very efficient. Mahalo!

I needed inked fingerprints for a medical license application & when I spoke with Nancy she knew exactly what was required for each state! I ended up getting to my appt late due to a slow clock, traffic & problems finding the correct parking garage for that complex but she directed me via phone. Even though I missed my appt, she was able to squeeze me in immediately & got the job done perfectly. As a result, I had my license in one week! Mahalo nui loa Nancy. She is so proficient that the military contracts her services to take their fingerprints! She is the best. When I need fingerprints again in the future for another medical license, I will be returning to Image City. Don't go anywhere else, Nancy is the best.

Nancy is absolutely the best! She is so knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I needed multiple fingerprint cards done, and Nancy was able to get them done for me. She is very in tune with state requirements and guidelines and will get you taken care of quickly and with expertise. Highly recommend!!!

Came here for fingerprinting services for medical license application. The woman who fingerprinted me was very knowledgeable about the exact requirements and very efficient. Had originally scheduled for one set but she was able to complete a second set on the spot for another state license. Highly recommend.

Had to get fingerprinted for a teaching job in Arizona. I was stressing out about the move to Arizona and I wanted the fingerprinting to be done with before leaving Hawaii, so I saw Nancy. Nancy took care of me during my appointment with her. She is super sweet and knows what she is doing. Through the anxiety of moving, her confidence made me feel that everything will be ok once I leave her office. It has been a few months since I have last seen Nancy and I am finally in Arizona. Thanks to Nancy, I was able to get my fingerprint verification card from Arizona right away and I was able to score a teaching job. Thank you, Nancy, for making this moving process easier for me.

Needed ink fingerprinting for RN licensing. Nancy is so sweet and is very detailed oriented. She's been in the business for 30+ years and knows how to get the job done correctly. She is knowledgeable about RN licensing/fingerprinting, which alleviates stress! She knew more about what the Board of Nursing needed than I did! Lol. Her website explains perfectly: "Our Company has been in business in the Island of Oahu - Honolulu, Hawaii for the past 33 years and has been located at Restaurant Row/Waterfront Plaza for the past 29 years. It has created a "niche market" by providing all of the surrounding businesses such as the Federal Building, the FBI Office, the Immigration Office, the Court House and the downtown Honolulu office buildings with high quality passport photos and the required documentations, visas requirements, immigration photos for green cards, work permits and citizenships... and a lot more!" Please make an appointment as she is very busy and the only one in her shop who is answering phones and also dealing with walk-ins. I highly recommend her! Nancy, you have my business :) thank you!!

Great little spot for your business or travel prep! I went there for fingerprinting for a job and they also offer passport photo. She knows what she's doing! The prepared the paperwork and carefully roll your finger prints and checks to ensure quality of her work. Make an appointment beforehand as she is very busy working all by herself. Plenty of parking in the garage that'll be validated as well as metered street parking if you prefer. Very happy with the professional service. Thank you!!
