Signed up for a kamaaina membership on a Sunday to use the space for meetings on a Monday. Arrived Monday morning and the door was locked. There was no information in the app on how to unlock the door. Tried calling them and it was a robot answering machine that said I would receive an email with info on how to unlock the door. No email received. Decided to buy a 2 day pass for $60 hoping that would deliver the email I needed to unlock the door. Bought the pass but never received the email. The only way to get support is to email them. I emailed them about the issue but nobody has replied. Had to cancel several meetings. Very disappointing.

Hub is a fantastic co-working space that we will be sure to return to whenever we are back in Honolulu and having to work from here. The spot in International Market is spacious, welcoming and in a wonderful location. The onboarding experience was super simple, particularly the fact that you could get in to the property with minimal effort. Having your space be open from 2am-12am was very reassuring and appealing to know we could get in here and work whenever we wanted. And, Nam, special thank you to you for answering my late evening Sunday emails!

Hub Coworking Waikiki allowed me to comfortably Zoom with an annual all-staff retreat of seattleemerald.org, an online publication that amplifies the diverse voices of South Seattle. Beautiful space, great host and Bruddah Iz in the background for one day of work while on my first vacation since COVID-19 started! Mahalo!!

I worked out of Hub Coworking Hawaii for 2 days this month and had a great experience overall. The owner (or whoever was responding to my Yelp messages), Joshua, was very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns about finding a temporary workspace. Since I am a software engineer, having an extra monitor is essential and Hub Coworking Hawaii was the only coworking space that provided monitors (and cables! Didn't need to bring my own). The workspace is clean and located next to Mitsuwa. They thoughtfully provided all the essentials and more, such as a selection of coffee, tea, water, ice, office supplies, pads for women in the bathroom, standing desks, a variety of monitor cables, COVID tests, etc. Basically everything I needed was within the space, similar to my actual office in Seattle. The only thing that stood out was, they played light music the whole day, which is fine. It is just a heads up for anyone who's sensitive to sound to bring your noise cancelling headphones. I would definitely return if I ever needed a coworking space around Waikiki again. My 2 day membership was $40/month with the option to add more days.
