I am not usually a procrastinator but this year for some reason I was. I went in around 2:30pm and was even late to my appointment but Jamie made exception. Jamie Puesta made it super quick and made it very easy for me to drop off my paperwork. The only reason(s) I'm leaving my review at a 4 is because of the parking. I had to find parking on the street which was very inconvenient but service was great nonetheless.

James was wonderful and was able to help us even with the stressful new tax credit laws. Although I walked away with a lot less than what I thought I would get because of the new tax credit laws, James was able to explain both the difference in the years prior and current and made me feel like I was getting the best care I could get with my tax returns and the best amount.
