I highly recommend working with Clarice. As a first time home buyer, I feel fortunate to have had such a smooth process with a lender. Clarice was patient, responsive, calming and super on top of things. Working with a local company is beneficial too because you have the option to talk face to face. If you are applying for the MCC first time homebuyer credit, they will take care of everything for you and walk you through the process. Even months after business is concluded, I know I can text or call Clarice if I have any questions.

I have so much to say about this company! All good things! When we bought our first home we went with a company recommended by my parents. Long story short we were paying more than we should have. Fast forward a few years later. We were in the market for another home and Clarice came highly recommended from multiple sources. We reached out to her and let just say Clarice went above and beyond for us. She did all the work and she did it fast and efficient! She was a straight shooter. No BS! She got us locked into an amazing rate and the turn around was quick! They treated us like family rather than just customers. As we are starting to think of possibly buying another property We know who we are going with! House of Finance is our go to and I highly recommend calling them if your are purchasing a home. The whole staff was helpful but Clarice went above and beyond! She's definitely amazing at her job and she blew us away!

Since then, we have gone back twice for our home financing needs. They are transparent and honest. Over the years, Matt has always been my go to person that I can trust for advice and recommendation. It's very intimidating as a first time home buyer.. But Clarice assisted me every step of the way. She was always available within minutes when I had questions, walked me through every process or change that occurred (without making me feel stupid, which I greatly appreciated!) and overall, had my best interest at heart knowing my situation. With her efficiency and hard work, we were able to close VERY quickly. I cannot thank House of Finance, especially Clarice, enough, for all the help they've provided me through this scary process! Clarice is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone! Thank you for holding my hand throughout the process and playing such a huge role in my first home purchase! The whole Casamina gang are the best! The family enterprise got your back and it's nice to know a local business that take care of others in the local economy.Clarice and her team of gems (Chayenne, Michelle, Geña and Marsha) all take care of you. She knows what works for my budget and is always looking out for what's best for me. The level of care is tremendous and I couldn't have gone on this journey without them. At one point I needed a car and she mentioned a Macan with availability soon (exceeds expectations)Mahalo and salaamat!!

5 stars is simply not enough to rate House of Finance. I wish there was a 20 star button! Our experience working with Clarice Casamina in financing our new home purchase was everything we had hoped for especially in this crazy, competitive housing market. Her unmatched knowledge, her no-nonsense approach to moving forward in a pace that actually gets things done was just incredibly impressive. Professional, bold, smart, fair, and most definitely a clutch player you want on your team if you want to strike fast in buying your home. We are beyond happy to give Clarice Casamina and the team at House of Finance 2 thumbs up plus 20 stars. It would be a waste of your time to look anywhere else for financing your home purchase! If we are ever in the market for another property, we will ONLY go to House of Finance!

What can I say, it must be the culture! Clarice and her team took care of everything we needed to make a smooth purchase on our brand new home. Not only did she respond to every phone call and text I sent, she took the time to figure out our situation and came up with a quick and effective game plan. Clarice and her team at House of Finance have been absolutely spectacular to work with. Back in 2018, I bought a townhome that I got to refinance twice with HoF. They also helped me sell that same townhome as well as purchase my single family home that I now live in with my fiancé. Clarice and her team have been able to go above and beyond our expectations on getting us the best possible interest rates on our homes. They were even able to get us rates that I didn't think were possible. They made paperwork and documents easy to understand which made our lives much easier through such stressful times. We consider her practically family, especially since she was highly recommended from family and close friends. We have also recommended Clarice and her team to our friends and neighbors that she successfully helped out as well. Everyone at HoF are very much professionals and know exactly what they are doing to help and make us clients happy. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely continue to do business with them throughout my life.

Extremely knowledgeable, highly personable and absolutely professional! Clarice Casamina from the House of Finance has been nothing short of a joy to work with and a consummate master at her craft. She was a pitbull who worked relentlessly to establish the best rate for our home refinance and walked us through every step of the way.
