David is one of the best in the business. He is kind, patient, and deeply knowledgeable. His pricing is some of the best in the market and often the lowest for examples that are in better condition or unpolished or even NOS. I highly recommend Honolulu Time, don't hesitate. Trustworthy dealers who also have brick and mortars are hard to find.

I went into the shop with some mixed impressions based on some feedback others in the watch community gave prior to visiting.To be sure, HTC has a great, curated selection of pre-owned pieces but their comms and follow-up after the visit was pretty lackluster (maybe piss poor?) and even that is being generous. Sent three emails by way of follow up and only one received a direct, very terse response.We've worked with countless grey/pre owned dealers and everyone has his or her own style but HTC just seemed like they couldn't care less to get back to us. Or, maybe they're just not great on email but, regardless, they don't "treat you like family" as per their instagram, that is for certain.

Bought my Rolex in for repair and was amazed at the service I received. The clocksmith called me personally to tell me what he had to repaired, cost and date of completion. I just picked it up and it was perfect. So glad to have found a reputable honest place for service for a fraction of the price of a Rolex dealer.

I stopped by this family owned gem towards the very end of my vacation and spotted an immaculate 16710 Coke. The father and son duo were extremely pleasant to deal with and able to regulate this timepiece well within factory specifications prior to my departure. I would highly recommend Honolulu Time.
