I always use this service when renting a car in Hawaii. In Honolulu, rental car shops close early, but here they close later and are cheaper.
I usually returned the car without refueling, but they explained to me that it would be cheaper to refuel here, so I paid them for the first time in a while.

The response from the reception was poor.
Even though I kept asking questions, I was ignored.
There are quite a lot of privacy policies, and it's hard to remember them, so if you ask to take a photo, you'll be warned not to post it on social media.
The outside of the car was quite damaged, but the inside was in good condition.
When I returned the car, I was charged $50 for the driver's seat being wet.
The privacy policy states that charges for soiling a car start at $100, so when I pointed out that the charges were different, I was told that I couldn't use it tomorrow, so if I wasn't happy with the 50, I could just pay the 100.
As for the condition of the sheet, I observed it carefully and noticed that it dried naturally in about 5 to 10 minutes.
If I refused to pay, I was threatened with calling the police, but was also warned again that legal action would be taken if I wrote a negative review.
It was a very disappointing experience because all the fun I had before was gone.
I wrote this from an objective perspective.
I can appreciate the fact that they can communicate in Japanese, but I cannot recommend them.

I always use it when I come to Hawaii. It's good that a Japanese person will be at the reception desk, so it's easy to understand and ask questions about anything you don't understand.
The traffic in Waikiki is terrible, so if you don't leave in plenty of time, you won't be able to make it back in time.
I think they used to be open a little later.
I'm also happy to be able to use the affiliated parking lot at a low price ?

When I came to the store, all the staff could speak Japanese, so I was able to rent with confidence. The car was a beautiful older model and I enjoyed a comfortable drive.

・Although the website stated that it was possible to pay for gasoline at the store, there was no such explanation on the day, and the only option was to return the car with a full tank, as shown in the photo. I should have asked, but the male staff member who was in charge that day seemed a little scary, so I couldn't ask anything.
・Although there was no mention in the advance email that the passport of an additional driver other than the contracted driver was required on the day, I was surprised when I was asked to present it on the day.
・When I returned it, I checked the outside for any damage and ended up saying, ``Oh, that's it.'' Speaking of smooth, it was very smooth. .

It was a shame that the car was old and didn't have a navigation system. The customer service when returning the car was very cold, which was disappointing.

I was heading to Oahu and booked a car through one of the major car rental companies. Because of the pandemic, I know car rental prices have increased. I found this place via Apple Maps. Went to their website and it's in Japanese. I called the number and the person on the other end spoke English. I was told to go to their website to book a car. I used google translate, booked the car and was charged 50% less than if I had gone with the first car rental company I booked with. Very very satisfied with their service I got too.
