This branch was formally in the Kaimuki neighborhood on the corner of Waialae Avenue and Wilhemina Rise road. They have now moved to the Kahala office building which is at Kahala mall. The branch is on the ground floor and easily assessible from the parking lot behind CVS Longs. There is usually no lines or wait to get service at this location. Albert who is one of the bankers there provides customers with prompt efficient service.

These guys are great I had a situation with my check day before thanksgiving and these guys instantly made a few contacts and got me paid I highly reccommend this bank branch.

I want to give a big thank you to the banker who works here: Albert Mak. I met him 10 years ago at the Chinatown Branch and he helped me open my first account. Now he works at the Kaimuki Branch. He was very friendly and took his time explaining to me every little detail regarding the account I opened. He was very professional and his customer service attitude was wonderful. Every time I came in to the bank to deposit, he would always greet me warmly and welcome me to his booth to provide his service. I also notice a lot of people will come to the bank and specifically request for his time and service. He told me he had roughly 20 years of banking experience. I really believe Albert is a fantastic bank teller who will go above and beyond for you. If I had to give him a rating, I would give him 5/5 stars and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any banking service

My family and I recently relocated to Honolulu and were very fortunate that Homestreet operates in Hawaii (few "mainland" banks do). Homestreet has been hugely helpful and efficient in several transactions as part of our move. We particularly appreciate timely and on-target support from Albert Mak at the Kaimuki Branch, as well as Marivic Galdiano at the downtown branch. This is my 1st-ever 5-star rating in Yelp, & Homestreet has earned it.

This bank is one of the few locations that have an atm the allows me to use my Debit Card which is a BlueBird MoneyCard I assume. I just love that the atm is outdoors so I was able to withdraw money from my 1400 stimulus at 8:40pm last night:) Yay

Still waiting for funds from a refinance loan my brother applied for in April. And NO it wasn't his credit, he has excellent credit. No answers when my lawyer or escrow officer checks. Really?????? How long does the processing of a loan take?! This is messing up my finances as I sold my half of my house to my brother and am renting awaiting these funds that was told was going to take about 6 weeks. Sad. Slow.

Bad bank the Pearl City one is horrible. Ran by ppl that are incompetent. Atm sucks, Stole my money this bank is exactly why you stick with the big banks.manager told me it's my problem recommend you replace.

I've done business with several other banks ,but HOME STREET BANK IS THE BEST !!!! from A to Z .That is the reason I'm still with them and will continue to stay with them. MY daughter banks with HOME STREET BANK IN SEATTLE and is very happy with them also. MAHALO !! Albert Mgr.at the Down town HOME STREET BANK .The Waialae branch is pretty special too! ?????

Had a very bad experience with their ATM machine i would avoid Using That Perticular ATM machine at all costs ! The machine tends to keep and destroy your Card and Theres no way at all of getting that Card back the ATM machine says its the banks ATM but its not Its Operated entirely by someone else this bank is a tiny branch from an already small bank Machines are out dated if i am never coming back here again i warned my family and friends You wanna risk doing bussiness here better take your chances at the other location cause this one sucks Warning ! Outside ATM of this bank will Keep And Destroy Your Card. Aloha
