cool place! came to the ala moana shopping center when i went to hawaii. didn’t buy anything here but the store was clean and organized. would recommend stopping by if this piques your interest ! there are good shops nearby too, like brandy melville, so you can hit multiple places without walking too much!

i bought multiple pieces of clothing here and they were all so cute and my style :) not only that, i was on vacation and it was my first time in hawaii and i had such a good convo with the workers there and they were so sweet with helping me!! they helped me pick out items and even helped me put it on since one top had a specific wrap that needed to be done. both the workers were super sweet to me and i had such a good experience :) if i come back to hawaii, i would come here again!!

Will never be shopping here again. Bought a top set that was sold separately and was pretty pricey a little over $70. Thought it looked cute and took it home to try it on with different things but unfortunately nothing looked good with it. Tag was still on and I had the receipt. Went back literally the next day to try and get a refund/exchange. They don't do refunds so I was looking for an exchange but since I got a small discount for being an employee at the mall, it voided a chance to exchange. I told them that I knew the sale rack is all sales final but no one told me that a mall discount too because if that was the case I would've said screw that small discount if that meant voiding me a chance to possibly exchange. I really don't see the hassle or problem when it comes to exchanges and if I was the owner of a company I would want my customers to be satisfied. Back and fourth with emailing and literally getting no where. I'm big on supporting local but not with this one from here on out. Emails speak for themselves.

Ladies! Grab your money and run.. DO NOT shop here period. Extremely rude salespeople. If you buy something and go home the item didn't look like what you thought you saw in store and you come back ask to exchange for a different style, they won't even let you exchange for something else even if the item is unworn with receipt, tag, and original packaging. Their receipt stated items can be exchange or get store credit within 30 days. I used to come here often to buy their gold filled jewelry, vintage tees, and lots of sunglasses. Most of their sunglasses are $18 each and can be purchased online from Amazon for $15 and you get two pairs. I mainly shopped here because I want to SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS only but after this horrible shopping experience I won't be back ever again. Take your money and shop else where just so you can have a peace of mind. What a shame!!!

I purchased a skirt set here and decided to only wear the top because when I tried on the skirt at home, it didn't fit me as well as I had thought. I've worked in the retail business for 5+ years and completely understand store policies when it comes to returning items without at receipt. But I also know that retail stores keep track of their sales with receipt codes and these can be found by the items style number. No help was offered other than to "email" the company. These emails speak for themselves

This is another first time at this shop and a bag in the window caught my eye, "Aloha Bitches!" It cracked me up. As I stepped in, the front had these bags at $28, all other worded items. It's a shop of fashion for young ladies. On the wall had a multi-colorful giant dollar bill behind register. It reflects an attitude for women fashions which are cute for both day and night. There are three dressing rooms in back with a lit candle on one table and sanitizers on other table. The lady was friendly and answered my questions. You can accessorize yourself by looking at a huge collection of earrings, bags, and cute hats.Masks required...No markings on floor for social distancing. There were good traffic in and out. This is a shop I would take my oldest granddaughter who live overseas. I would have to wait when she flies in. Ciao!

Concept Club - TERRIBLE QUALITY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI haven't had an issue with Homecoming specifically, but this review is strictly based on their other store "Concept Club" downstairs between Brug and Lupicia.I bought a pair of biker shorts I really liked. When I got home, I cut off the tag and put in on. Immediately realized there was a string hanging and found the seam to be completely unraveled (and regret taking the tag off before trying on). I took it back to the store the next day with my tag and my paper receipt. I asked to switch it for another pair or the same shorts and they said no because the tag wasn't ATTACHED to the item. How ridiculous is that?! The associate didn't even look at the item or the receipt to see when I bought it. She was so rude and could care less about my issue. I obviously couldn't have worn it/ruined it in that short time period and definitely didn't create the rip myself. I asked "if the tag was still attached could I exchange it?" and she said yes. At this point I should buy a tag gun from Amazon for $14 and go back to return it! Obviously didn't want to waste my time or money, so went straight to Nordstrom and thankfully they said it was an easy alteration for only $5 (because it wasn't purchased at Nordstrom). ***Cheap quality products not worth the price. Worst store policies and customer service.*** Homecoming and Concept Club both NEVER getting my business again!!

Homecoming Honolulu has the CUTEST selection of clothing. Prices are on the expensive side but they have cute basics, trending clothing & accessories and unique pieces. Unlike a lot of stores that won't let you try on because of the pandemic, Homecoming Honolulu has opened up their fitting rooms again! I personally cannot shop for clothes without trying them on at first so this is a huge plus for me. On my most recent visit, I came in search of a simple bucket hat. They ran about $20-$28 each, and although I couldn't find one that I liked, they had a pretty wide selection that I'm sure most people would love. They also have sunglasses, jewelry, totes, tops, bottoms, jackets, etc. I was greeted when going into the store but no one seemed interested in helping me (which is totally fine with me since I hate being pestered by sales people lol) and paid no attention when I left.

$28 for a canvas bag? Yep but "Aloha Bitches" is printed on the outside. How can you pass by this purchase? Go ahead and speak your mind without verbalizing. Store is small and located on the second floor down at the west end of Ala Moana. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.
