Even though I stayed there just one night, it was a great experience. The hotel is centrally located and is surrounded with restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the International Market and beach. Service was great. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Honestly, disappointing. I've been really hesitant to leave this review because I work in the industry and understand that it's a tough job but every time I think about how unspecial I felt spending my wedding with this hotel, it makes me sad. They refused to offer any sort of block for my friends and family, who all ended up staying there at full price. I was also a Hilton employee at the time, which they didn't care about at all (no discount, full price). In my reservation, I mentioned that our family was staying and that it was our wedding. Nothing. No card, no champagne, no breakfast vouchers for the bride/groom, or room upgrade. The lack of hospitality was pretty frustrating and again, just makes me sad and it was the worst part of my trip. I guess I just had assumed that they sharing such a special time with them would have meant something and the attitude from sales was "it's not my problem". Line-level employees were courteous and professional. Rooms were standard.I'm not looking for a discount. You can't "make it right" but you should know.

Careful, the price isn't the price.... The hotel resort fee amenities include... Wifi, and a tea kettle or coffee in your room (all free at every motel 6)...King of hidden fees.

There was an emergency broadcast, but there was no explanation or apology like in Japan, so is the information genuine? I was surprised. Don't inspect fire equipment in the morning~?The room was large and the bed was large and comfortable.

Hotel hallways are open air. Location is far from beach. Honors features aren’t that great, I couldn’t get a room upgrade, a late checkout, or the daily food credit. The gym all of the treadmills are located under a dropped ceiling so if you are 6’5” or taller you cannot run on them without hitting your head. Pillows are too soft with no firm options. Construction next door is loud and they start at 6am.On the plus side there is one Peloton in the gym, and the TR Fire Grill breakfast is worth it because of the free bread and coffee service.Hilton Honors Diamond and Gold are entitled to a Daily Dining Credit of $15 credited each day and it’s not cumulative. A more accurate way to describe it would be that it is one credit per night stayed.Noteworthy details: Hilton Honors Diamond and Gold are entitled to a Daily Dining Credit of $15 credited each day and it’s not cumulative. Moderately priced hotel..."good enough" but not luxury by any means.Rooms - Clean. standard fare, a tad smaller than your typical Hampton Inn. Fridge and microwave. Sink out side the bathroom. The shower was really nice. No queen beds, it's either double or king. No bad smells. Inner rooms (facing away from street), the view stinks: only other apartments and hotels.Parking - valet only. now $55/day. Super friendly, they hustle! Most of the time, about 10 minute wait. The first day, was close to 20 minutes due to them misplacing key. Staff is great! Busiest time is 6-8 am, so give yourself more time then.Location - so convenient being close to International market. There is a fairly big grocery store, Waikiki Market, one building over to the east (second floor, up the steps).Value - Meh...All hotels are expensive in Hawaii, so just be prepared for the sticker shock.

Everything during this stay was awful. The customer service was TERRIBLE. DO NOT RENT from Voyage rental in their lobby. They told us parking was free for our rental then charged us $144 for VALET. They did construction starting at 5 AM every single morning we were there. The customer service transferred me 5 different times when I tried calling about my issues and my problem never got resolved. I will never stay at Hilton EVER AGAIN.

Rooms here were nice but the beds were too firm for my liking. The hotel was in a great location to shops and restaurants. You must checkout Duke's Lane for buying souvenirs from the local. Less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The beach rental location was quite a distance from the hotel and was just easier to rent from the beach vendors. Overall, nice hotel.

A hotel in front of Intama. Convenient for Waikiki shopping. Free coffee on the first floor in the morning.
