Never have I seen such sad and uninviting salespeople in all of Hawaii. The two women could barely muster the energy to even say "aloha." In any case, it's been 16 years since I was last in Honolulu, and all I can say is that I really, really miss the larger store. It was a tourists paradise. Maybe I will just shop online.

Very disapointed with our visit today. We remember when Hilo Hatties was a store and had lots of selection. This version in the Ala Moana mall had a small selection. We called twice to ask for the specific location in this massive mall and both times the woman answering the phone was unable to tell us where they were located! She actually told me to go into another store and ask them directions. Seriously?! Your employees should be able to help with the basics.

Very expensive. Instead, while at the Ala Moana shopping center, visit the ABC store. Much larger selection at nearly half the cost of Hilo Hatties merchandise!

I was so excited when I first walked into this store earlier today. Only to have two old women disrespect my family. I was told that my child wasn't allowed to touch a stand near some sunglasses that was a lie. It was the way they said it. In truth, I know it's because I am black. It was clear that we weren't welcome and they just wanted us to leave. This store has disrespectful employees. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable. End the hate.

I ❤️ the Hilo Hattie store!!! I definitely helped the Hawaiian income from this store getting some souvenirs(I call them treasures).? What a wonderful store & the ladies who work there. I met one of them & talked with her for a few minutes. Everything Hawaiian here. They also have Precious Moments Hawaiian dolls and absolutely too cute. I recommend this store.!!! ?❤️❤️??⛱️???✈️? Was way smaller than I expected. Good selection and they do offer military discount and Kamaaina rates. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Good selection of goods in such a small location.

The best place on Oahu to buy Hawaiian clothing made in Hawaii! Excellent selection for big and tall. Very helpful employees!!!

Very nice store. Great selection, friendly staff. They even offer shuttle service from the cruise ship. A bit pricey.

Nice store but hidden within the ground floor at the mall. Don't be discouraged because if you go by the shuttle provided (cruise ship or ???) because it takes you directly there. Great selection of merchandise and Hilo Hattie's is the ORIGINAL brand of Hawaiian goods and services.

It was a shop run by Hiro, who is famous for his hula dancing. We bought muumuu and shirts and took a different route to avoid the rain and met them. The staff were also very kind and I was satisfied with their polite response.
