I purchased gas at the Hele Gas Station on Kapahulu. Because I didn't interact with anyone. Service was pretty good in my opinion. Pump was fast and station was clean. I would return.

Came here after work at midnight needed gas and was hungry I saw the lady restocking so I thought was open but nope false hope lol at that point just turn off the lights. I looked online said 24 hours must mean only gas at night

The gas pumps are 24/7.The doors to the convenience store, come to think of it, are always open as well. There are (2) two cashier check-out stations, so things should go a dash faster then if there was only (1) one, indubitibly. There are multiple gas pumps on left and right side.

Open 24 hours but don’t take cash transactions after a certain time cause they don’t feel like it. I’ve had some attendants take cash for pre-pay after midnight and some not. Only reason we come here is to pay cash and get a discount. Not hard to open the register when you have someone standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing.

Excellent customer service! The clerk called me by name after the transaction because she saw it scanning the app. Young lady around midnight Sunday. She deserves a raise!

This is my favorite Hele station! I always have great service here since I pay with cash (since you save an extra 10 cents per gallon all the time!) They have a deal where you save an extra 15 cents per gallon on the weekends and now there is another deal where any day you can save 25 cents by scanning the app! So I've been getting 35 cents off per gallon any day by scanning the app in store and using cash! The cashiers are always very friendly and have taught me how to use the app to save the most money. I tell all of my friends to go here.

Pumps turn off when they close. Lights don't. L**** at the counter watched 2 of us sit there trying to figure out why the pumps are off and ignored me at the window. Too busy worrying about how fast he could get out of there to bother with the d*** customers thinking the pumps work past 9.

Employees greet me by name with friendly service. Having cash discounts for gas with the extra discount with a kama'aina rewards really helps too with everyday purchases and points rewards for cash discounts to use however you like.

Went in to ask for a few quarters for laundry and the moody woman acted like that was super unusual. Never had a problem here or at any 7/11 before getting change. Really simple sh1t, guys.

Most of the people that work there are super cool and if you get gas on Saturday and Sunday it's cheaper with your kima'aina card?
