The best pedicure (beautiful results and friendly) and the worst hair cut (frustrated stylist taking it out on my hair). I left with my hair dry, boxy, and uneven. Standard questions weren't even asked and to say he was irritable at my original request and later one correction, is putting it mildly. So I just let him butcher it. Then went straight home to wash it out. I still tipped of course.
I'm giving 4 stars because everyone else was great.

Here on a girls trip and needed something to fill some free time we hadn’t planned on having!
Heaven on Earth Salon & Day Spa was hands down THE BEST CHOICE to fill that time.
The spa offers several different kinds of massage & facials. I’m almost certain that they have a nail tech also.
I opted for a deep tissue massage! It hurt soooooooo good! It is EXACTLY what I needed! Hong was personable, attentive, and took his time on the ‘troubled spots’ in my neck/back!
My sister was with me and Kim did her massage. She said Kim was very quiet except when she upsold her more options than she had intended to purchase.
The salon was spotlessly clean. Everyone went out of their way to make the patron’s visit exactly what the wanted it to be.
I wish I could move to Honolulu permanently —-just to get the amazing massage I got while on vacation!!!
You won’t be disappointed with the service at Heaven on Earth!!!

During our recent vacation, my wife and I booked a couples massage, which turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've ever had. The instructions given were to remove clothing to the level of our comfort. I chose to leave my underwear on. However, as soon as I lay down, the massage therapist pulled my underwear down, completely exposing my buttocks. Despite informing her about my sunburned shoulders and upper back, she ignored it and proceeded to massage those areas extensively, causing significant discomfort. When I turned over, the therapist's technique included massaging up to my groin area, causing her forearm and hand to rub against my groin multiple times, which was very inappropriate and uncomfortable. After the session, I spoke with my wife, who revealed that her therapist had also exposed her buttocks and inappropriately touched her vaginal area multiple times. She considered stopping the massage twice but refrained, thinking I might be enjoying my experience. I do not recommend this place what so ever for a message.

I stop in here for a massage and a pedicure every time I’m in town. The ladies are so meticulous and the prices are very fair. My massage with Sunshine is one of the best I’ve ever had!
Did have an issue with scheduling that my request for a specific therapist was not honored and they offered apologies but no discount or resolution.

My wife and I had a couple's massage. My massage therapist was Lenora. I had a relaxation massage - only the second professional massage that I have ever had. I told Lenora that I have chronic low back pain, degenerative disc disease, 2 artificial cervical discs, and significant degeneration of my lumbar discs. Lenora seemed very skilled. The massage gave me the impression that she has a good understanding of body mechanics. I enjoyed it and afterward have slightly less back pain than usual. Lateral pressure on each hip and traction on each leg reduced my lumbar pain while it was being applied. I have only two critiques: 1.) It didn't really feel like a couple's experience. My wife and I were in adjacent rooms with an open partition between them. The massage beds were placed head to toe, rather than side-by-side. My wife was getting a facial after her massage and the partition was closed between us just as our massages were completed, so we weren't able to interact at all at the end of our massages; 2.) there was a technique used on my glutes that was kind of bouncy, which caused some sharp lumbar pain. I didn't say anything, because it didn't last long and I thought it might have some therapeutic benefit. Overall, I really enjoyed and recommend it.

I don't recommend using the services at this salon. I recently had nail services here and it was extremely rough and I left with nicks and bleeding cuticles from filing. In addition it doesn't look like they clean equipment or tools well, everything appeared very dirty and unsanitary. It is overall an unpleasant experience from the poor quality of the services to the ambiance. Technician brought me a glass of water and then proceeded to e file and cut my nails so debris flew everywhere including in the water glass which she didn't even offer to replace!!! So gross.

Highly Highly recommend! Got my first massage since 2017 while staying at the Hale Koa. I have persistent back problems both lower and upper. I was scheduled for the 80 minute deep tissue with Youn. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the massage itself was expertly executed. I swear I was transported somewhere else mentally. After it was complete my back hasn't felt this good in years. To top it all off Youn was kind enough to bring me a refreshing water at check out. I will definitely be a repeat customer here! Do yourselves a favor and check it out.

It was a mixed experience. I scheduled a structure gel overlay, but it was booked as a regular gel manicure. When I discovered the error, I couldn't get the service due to time. The receptionist and nail tech were apologetic about the mix-up and offered to rebook, but my schedule wasn't open for that. The nail tech kept knicking my healthy cuticles/nail fold with the drill. I understand cutting off nail skin is trendy in some ways, but it's not healthy. The polish looks nice, but the cuticles and skin around my nails are not happy this morning. I now have two small cuts and sensitive nail fold skin. The massage therapist was good and responded well to instruction. Parking was $30 and across the street... and down the stairs. If you're military, you'll be fine since it's validated. My advice would be to confirm what services you book and be sure to clarify your expectations before they begin. I can't see myself returning personally based on the above, but a friend of mine loved this place so much she gave me a gift card there. It is what you make of it.

Booked a couples massage at this place and it was a phenomenal experience. Nice calming music playing in the background and joined rooms where the wall came apart so we could still see each other if we wanted. The massage itself was absolutely wonderful and I think was a bit of a steal price wise considering how long it was. They even provide water for you to drink afterwards, which is a nice addition. Would go back here again in a heartbeat.

I had an 80 min fusion massage. It was in the workout room with a sub. She wore rubber gloves the whole time or used a sheet to touch me. Reflexology was advertised as part of the package and I didn’t get it. The experience was definitely not a spa experience and very disappointing.

Posting for two services, Massage and Hair Cut.
Highly recommend Naomi at the Day Spa! I have a strained rhomboid that needed work. Naomi was very professional, focused the attention on the surrounding areas, then worked on the strained muscle tissue. After completing, she had given me tips to help with further healing. Woke up the next day feeling almost completely healed, more mobility and movement! Thank you so much Naomi!!
Dana, at the Salon is the most coolest hair stylist I've met! She gave me the best haircut and beard trim that I can remember and also was fun to have conversations with. I walked out of the salon and a stranger gave me a compliment!! Thank you Dana!!

Amazing experience - I called last minute and they had a 30 minute available and kindly stayed for an hour. Wonderful atmosphere, welcoming staff and 10/10 service.
