Have known the family who owns this place for years. It was a long time I had been to their shop but I needed their expertise on some items I recently acquired. The Park family is very knowledgeable in both jewelry and watches. Alan was available so I made a Saturday appointment to bring in my items. He checked everything i brought, did a minor repair on my chain, and gave me very good advice about a vintage item I had no history on. The Park family have years of experience in the business and I trust them!

Allen is an excellent gemologist! I purchased high quality gold chains for my two daughters who wear them daily.Also I bring all my watches old and new for repair and battery replacement! Excellent service and trust worthy! I plan to upgrade my wedding ring some day!

Truly the best place in Hawaii for fine jewelry. Honest, fair, and extremely talented, if you want a jewelry piece that stands out, this is who you go to. My engagement ring was designed here using an heirloom diamond and with a setting they designed around said diamond; it turned out so beautifully and I get so many compliments on it.

Allen was incredible. Absolutely top tier customer service and care. Took my wife's ring in to be resized on Friday and he got to work right away, I got it back early Saturday. I wish I had more jewelry to take in just to hire his services again

I came in to get my vintage clip-on earrings repaired and he finished in less than 5 minutes! He told me it was on the house and even provided earrings pads for just $5. Allen’s friendly and personable customer service is top notch! You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Will definitely recommend anyone that needs their jewelry repaired and I for sure will get custom jewelry made from them in the future. We couldn't be more grateful to Allen, we are a couple from Australia, a month ago we were on holidays on a cruise form Sydney that ended in Hawaii, on this cruise trip my boyfriend proposed to me and gave me a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too small for me, we looked for several options in hawaii to resize it since like any newly engaged bride wanted to wear my ring at that time, no jewelry store could do it in less than 3 days (we were only staying in honolulu 3 days) and they did not assure me that it would fit exactly the same since it is a very particular design, but lucky us we fell into Allen's jewelry, he is so friendly and very professional, he explained many details of the process to adjust the ring, he helped us with the size, and the best part, he did it in one day, and it was perfect, very clean job, spectacular Thank you so much Allen you are a legend ??

Allen of Heart to Heart Fine Jewelry was very excited to create a pendant of my design to commemorate time I had with my granddaughter when she was an infant and then toddler. She is currently 5 years old, the pendant is for her 16th birthday. It’s a simple design that Allen incorporated intricate accents that gave it elegance and even a 3 dimensional illusion. Allen’s craftsmanship is superb, capturing the exact “feel” I wish to convey. This pendant is truly of “master piece” quality. I most certainly recommend Heart to Heart Fine Jewelry to anyone. I’m absolutely sure my granddaughter will love this pendant when she receives it years from now.
