I was in the process of putting in a new concrete slab and I didn't realize how many different options there were in terms of concrete selections. The staff at White Cap was awesome! I went in a few times with a series of questions and every time, they patiently answered all my questions and finally settled on a light gray color with a natural sealer based on their recommendations. Thank you so much for all your help!

First and last time Ill shop here. I did it remote. My advice, put on a mask go in to the store. Don't trust the website its not up to date and don't trust calling on the phone either. The salesperson I spoke to was also not up to date on her info about the product I purchased. In the end I needed what I was looking for, White Cap had it at a comparable price so I stayed with it. It was a smooth transaction, they took my money fast. Free delivery to my door step too. But I'm done with them.

I was referred by a friend to use White Cap for a tool repair. I will never be using their services again. When I initially dropped off my tool, I told a woman working in the front desk that I was hoping for repair of my tool, which was followed by literal F-bombs stating the "normal guy" that receives broken tools is out to lunch. I was never given a tag or number, and I was told I should be receiving a call that afternoon for confirmation. Not only did I not receive that call, the repair/parts department's phone always goes immediately to voicemail, and they have never returned my calls. After 3 MONTHS of begging the operator to follow up on my tool (and on multiple occasions was promised they would follow up and never did), I was told that it had been done and they have been trying to contact me for pick up, which is absolutely false. In all of my phone records/voicemail records, I have never received a call. Not only this, the staff kept badgering me that they would never accept a tool without giving a product number to me, which I again never received and made it as if it were my fault. Their customer service, professionalism, and especially communication is absolutely deplorable. As stated, I will never be using their services again.

This company is one of the worst on the island. If it where possible I would give them 0 stars. I walk in and they don’t have any prices on there tools. When u get to the cash register the cashier literally starts making numbers up on spot. They priced tools that I could get at Home Depot for around $100, they’re prices was $340.00, Super expensive. Very sneaky company. Save your time and money just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Great place always have the latest and greatest in tools customer service friendly as well as knowledgeable. My only gripe with them is in there dispatch department I scheduled a concrete delivery and requested a piggyback to offload material, they show up in a 1 ton pick up with the most out of shape driver. I was working overnight just pulled a 12 hour shift im at home getting ready to sleep phone rings and I have to go back to work unload a skip of quikqrete 5000 80# bags so im furious. Next time I order 3 skips and it never gets delivered and I don't know why but something always happens when I try to use there delivery service
