The staff is the best. They simplify the process so much! When shipping through other carriers, you have to go through websites and tons of hoops. Hawaii air cargo calls and asks questions and takes care of the rest! Thank you!

I've been using HAC for about 20 years! They always have great customer service! Prices are great shipping products from mainland to here. They have an office in LA, so I use them to forward most all of my goods to Hawaii at a much lower price. They are like a family and every time I go there they are so friendly, they make me feel like family now. They even asked me to bring my new Pets to visit. So I brought my dog and even 2 guinea pigs! Great people!

Locally owned business very reasonable prices and they ship everywhere like UPS and Fed Ex. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. My family been doing business with them for years and very dependable and on time delivery . Need to keep on supporting local business . There located near the airport on Ualena St. Ample parking in front of business and mask required. Be safe

I have a small business that requires a lot of shipping from the mainland. This company has provided me a service that I could not survive without for the last 4 years. They have accommodated many a rush and emergency order - always taking the time to ensure I could get things I needed. They also can book truck pickups from warehouses for extremely large or heavy orders that would cost a fortune to air ship to LA. I work mostly with Michele, Coleen, and Debbie - but everyone there is FANTASTIC. I love HAC and highly recommend them to anyone.

Hawaii Air Cargo what can I say the best!! Ordered a grooming table no one would ship it to me found them on the internet and gave them a call,I was shocked at how much they charged to get it here for me their prices are great. It was shipped to them from the supplier on July 13 2015 I got a call from them on July 14th 2015 telling me my cargo was here I was shocked. Great service and will rcomend them to all my freinds and family.Once again Hawaii Air Cargo thank you very much for the great customer service!

I can strongly recommend Hawaii Air Cargo. For the past decade they've taken care of my shipments to Japan from CA and Hawaii. Very easy to work with and they thoroughly understand international shipments, which means, no issues.
