I don't remember the name, but the Asian rep (possibly the store manager?) was such a delight and patient person. Although my wife and I were only shopping, he treated us with utmost respect!

Long overdue review! Giving this salon 5 stars for hospitality and great customer service! I made my way back to Waikiki in Summer 2023 and this time to purchase a ring. Best advice? Schedule your appointment beforehand. I think I reached out to this salon 2 weeks out and Chanel, my salon associate emailed me within 24hrs to confirm. Definitely know what you like and what sizes you would like to try beforehand so you don't walk out disappointed because they didn't have want you want. Also, would like to add, 3 days out, I had to reschedule to come in a day early and Chanel was flexible with the change and I'm glad l rescheduled cos I didn't receive my ring right away since Chanel wanted to get it finished and was released to me looking like it was just made, so heads up! make this your day 1 on your things to do so you'll have your jewelry towards the end of your trip and bonus? You don't have to worry about storing this at the hotel safe when you're out snorkeling or surfing! Anyway, highly recommend this salon since it is Harry Winston for godsake! And definitely look for Chanel when you come visit! Super happy with my purchase and the finish! Will be back soon!!!

I bought an engagement ring from the store. But I found when I went to pick it up (after scheduling it); the person was not there to meet me. I ended up getting my ring but was ushered out quickly. I find myself in a boat of looking for Harry Winston wedding bands in California versus here. I normally buy this type of jewelry from Tiffany's and their service is 100% time better. But their quality of jewelry is good.. it's just their customer service that is not good. But for a luxury brand.. that should be a significant % of the value..

HW is not for everyone for sure. It is not as well known as luxury brands like Tiffany's and Rolex, but it is a brand for those seeking an off-the-beaten-paths. Some items do call out for attention (for example, Opus watches) but others are subdued. A reviewer complained of a sales associate who wasn't fluent in English, and that wasn't the case for me (I do think many associates at luxury shops have to tailor towards foreign visitors with sudden wealth). Cathy N was very helpful and patient and made me feel at ease. This store on Waikiki is very spacious with separate quarters for rings, watches, and jewelry. My experience with HW always has been very positive, and Waikiki HW is no exception.

Had a great experience purchasing my first rose gold HW ring with Chanel T. She was able to transfer the size in the ring I was after and let me know as soon as it came in. Seamless excellent service from start to finish. Thank you, Chanel!

I have always wanted something from Harry Winston--my first name starts with the letter H and I have visted the Harry Winston website many times. One day, my husband and I casually walked into this store and it was very uncomfortable. The sales person was not very friendly and it was challenging to communicate with her in English. We were the only people in the store and all of the sales people were watching us. They were not friendly, they didn't offer to show us anything, they were not helpful or kind, and we felt judged. When we left, no one really said anything to us and they didn't even say have a good day. Everyone was very rude. Conversely, the staff at Hermes and Burberry were extremely nice and professional. Most of my jewelry comes from David Yurman and I was thinking of branching out; however, this experience has deterred us from shopping at Harry Winston completely. #disappointed

Why is it that Holly Golightly did not prefer Harry over Tiffany? Guess breakfast at Harry's doesn't flow as well. HW was a jeweler like no other. My great aunt worked for a jeweler in Chicago for decades, she must be where I got the love and appreciation for beautiful and timeless pieces. Every piece in their windows and on high display at this location are breath taking to say the least. I can aspire for a HW piece one day... The necklaces are something to behold, the rings too. Wow.

Ida and the Gentleman who helped me with my questions on watches was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and made it worth listening to how things came about for the collection they have. Ida was great at helping me understanding wedding rings, and even as going far as trying to get find out a ring size of my gf, while making her think she just wanted to show her new stuff in. No stress from people there, and would love to come back and check out what they have in stock.

I love their jewelry and the service at this location is excellent! From engagement rings to a diamond necklace, they got you covered. I always feel very welcomed here and everyone there is very professional. Everyone on the sales team is very knowledgeable about their diamonds and I would go to any of them.
